It was not soundproof, so it was quite a lot of noice from the street and you could hear people on the hallway. The curtains had a big split on the sides, so a lot of light came in.

nothing here that is the fault of the hotel. as other reviews mention, the noise is inescapable but that’s what you get for being in the middle of all the action. I wore earplugs and that seemed to be fine. rooms are fairly small but again that info is clear on their website so just pay attention. it’s fine - I’m not planning on spending time in the room!

Very beautiful, clean hotel. Furniture very modern, everything is new, shower pressure good. Location very good, just need to count with the noise from surrounded bars. I would choose again in case i come back to city.

Breakfast and noise. Noise is normal in this location, all hotels around need to be aware of noice. But the breakfast was bad for us. It has limited offer, not buffet style. Each day was the same. The food in hotel is very tasty - cannot say oposite, but i would expect more in this large hotel, buffet definitely better. My partner had to order the same each day and they even gave once instead of 2 eggs only 1 ! Each day gave 2 and one day not sure of they didnt have eggs or what happened. Also forgot to give the same dish side to eggs and we have to asked for it.

The hotel provided good service and the hotel is clean. The beds slept amazing and the shower is nice and hot. The location was perfect, closeby restaurants and the night life of Medellin.

The room had limited storage space and it could be noisy because of the city's night life. But for us, this was not an issue. We like the overall stay and would book it again.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were polite. I really liked the theme and decor in the hotel room and in the restaurant on the balcony. Very large and spacious bedroom.

I did not like that all of the guests at this hotel had to wear wrist bands, as I feel like it makes the guest and myself more of a target as it stands out that we are not from Medellin or Colombia. I have stayed in a couple of different hotels in Medellin and this is the only hotel to make its guests wear hotel wrist bands. The restaurant did not have a large selection of options on the menu, although, the food served was delicious and very good and the service was quick. This hotel was quite load and busy when we arrived. The breakfast was mediocre and ok but it was not spectacular. Not much space in the bathroom when you go to the toilet or to use the shower, you literally could not throw a cat in there it is so confined.

The location was spot on. Bars, restaurants, shops within walking distance. The room was nice and equipped with everything I was hoping for.

On a positive note, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to organising taxis and booking tours, which made our stay much easier.

Breakfast was decent but became repetitive after a few days. A bit more variety would make a big difference for guests staying longer. The rooftop is highly promoted, and we were excited to enjoy it — however, it was privatised twice during our 5-day stay, limiting access. Our room was quite small — it was difficult to open two suitcases at the same time, which made the space feel very tight.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful and kind, from the housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant staff. Great value as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The only issue that affected our stay, which was no fault of the hotel itself, was just how noisy the neighborhood is. I have stayed in far noisier places though, so just bring a pair of earplugs if you're a light sleeper, and you're all set.

Great location, the service is very kind, always willing to offer you a pleasant stay. About two blocks away is the starting point of most of the tourist excursion packages you can buy on the Internet. Which makes the location great. The area has plenty of nice restaurants, cigar lounges, a lot of nightlife, and money exchange shops. You can find restaurants for all budgets. Los Poblados is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city.

Initially, they gave us a very small room but after we complained that they offered a bigger one at no cost. Based on the booking.com information, you cannot figure out how small is the room. They should indicate the area of the room or the picture be more clear so it gives you an idea about how small they are.

Adored this boutique hotel, where I stayed for 10 days. It's right in the heart of El Poblado, but off Calle 10 and less noisy. (I still used my wax earplugs). The room was beautiful, hip, and functional! Had great coffee and a teapot, with fridge, blowdryer and nice linens. But by far, the hotel staff were the best!! Most were bilingual and all were incredibly friendly, especially Juenira (maid) and restaurant staff (Moses, Andres, Viktor and others). I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the stay, especially in comparison to my next stay at the Click Clack (which was ok). I highly recommend #Hashtag98 and will definitely be returning soon!!!

I can't think of a single thing that could be better. They checked with me throughout the stay to see if I needed anything. They were super helpful!
