Definitely the location and the staff are the best. It's an affordable hotel located right in a good area of the poblado , not to noisy and close enough to the party and bars.

Although I have to mention that the bathroom it's quite small and there's no windows nor exhaust fan on it, makes it a little bit uncomfortable. They could improve that.

The Zona A hotel is in a great location in the center of the Pablado area but far enough off the main drag that it wasn't too noisy. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. It was an easy 12-minute walk to the Pablado Metro which made getting around easy. The room, although small, was modern and clean.

The only shortcoming was mine. I have little Spanish and the staff, living in a Spanish speaking country, has limited English. The google translate app helped. Getting a local SIM card in the neighborhood was also a challenge. I ended up catching a taxi to the Santa Fe Mall for 10 Peso. Both Claro and Tigo have official outlets there. It would be great if one of them would open a kiosk at the MDE airport.

The location, comfortable accommodations, safe, but more importantly, Alex, Laura and Jorge went above and beyond each time we asked for their assistance with restaurant recommendations, ground transportation, etc. Loved their front porche with the bistro tables where we drank “tinto” and café con leche (on the house) in the afternoon. Will definitely book this hotel again, but next time we will probably book their fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining and living room (with sleeper sofa) kitchen, etc. A little gem👍🏼

Did not dislike anything. Actually, it was better than expected

very clean and modern and comfortable beds. also wonderful staff! the location is the best! right on a corner that miraculously manages to escape the noise and traffic of the main drag. very quiet room, a rain shower, water hot plentiful. the breakfast was also delicious and coffee was grade A! I’m so glad I choose this hotel because it is only a 2 min walk to the best of shopping bars and restaurants in el plobado. the porvenza district is a 8 min walk. I will say be prepared for some hair raising experiences crossing the streets in this area very very few crosswalks. otherwise this hotel was just perfect and I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommended this hotel

the room had one electrical outlet ( the other was in the bathroom) the other phone charging option was a clock with a charger which was more like a trickle charge. I wish it also had a trashcan on the bedroom area.

little hotel, in a good location, close but not to close to all the action. Price was good giving the location, staff was friendly and lovely. Would def stay here again.

Everything was good, no complaints

The hotel is located very well just around the corner of the main street. Therefore it was generally pretty quiet. Breakfast was solid but had to be taken outside where it was sometimes a bit cold and rainy. WiFi was pretty good as we were located next to the common area.

Our room was next to the reception and our only window was towards the common area. People could watch directly into our room when we opened the window, which was necessary because there was no air ventilation. Due to the location of the room we could hear a lot of noise from the hotel.

The staff was phenomenal. They were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was top notch.

The public bath and jacuzzi listed under well-being were one public bathroom. There are jacuzzis in some of the rooms but there was none for all of the guests. The day we arrived there was extremely loud construction in the building which made it impossible to rest.

The location was near everything in el Poblado. However, there was no noise even on weekends. The staff was super kind and very helpful! Definitely will be coming back

If you like parties, fancy bars, quirky coffee shops, great restaurant and loads of shopping - you're in heaven! El Poblado isn't Colombia. It's 100% Western town. Go to different areas if you want to experience real Colombia.

Good value for the location. Clean. Very close to so many restaurants, places to go out, currency exchange places, and a great laundry service place just around the corner. 1.5km to the Metro. The biggest highlight were all 4 staff at the front desk who were so friendly and helpful, answering any questions, giving recommendations and calling a cab when we needed. We enjoyed the convenient, hot breakfast that was included too.

The noise from the street and people walking past the room was not bad, but I still kept ear plugs ready if needed.
