Perfect location if you want to discover Medellin's nightlife, also the restaurants and bars of carrera 43 are only some 700m away. Hotel itself features everything you would expect from a four to five star hotel, incl a small rooftop pool and bar as well as excellent breakfast. Staff is also very helpful. Be advised that the hotel will charge a fee (100 usd when we were there) for every unregistered guest that comes to your room (prostitution seems a major issue in the area). When doing day trips, skip the standard hotel tour operator and directly as for The Real Medellin / John Toro. We had an amazing day in Guatapé and the adjacent lake with him. Also, when doing the comuna 13 tour, choose the local community center Casa Kolacho as your operator and support their work.

Do not come here if you want to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is right in the epicenter of the zona rosa party district, so music until 4 am followed by the usual loud hordes on the streets afterwards. The windows to the street are semi insulated, it seems, so you will hear the noise. Also, the insulation towards the other rooms seems rather low, we heard the neighbors enjoying themselves. Lastly, there is a window between the shower and the bedroom, the curtain in place is too thin to really block any views. So be prepared to see your travel mate showering. The hotel indicated they would change this/the curtains, though.

Breakfast was spectacular for food and service- best part of our stay! The Penthouse was pretty nice but not as big as I hoped. Shower and bathroom floors were tile and VERY slippery! Towels were very average, a bit scratchy. Top floor pool was very nice with amazing views, and the hot tub was relaxing at the end of a day walking (also very nice to have a bar up there fo convenience!). I wish later at night there were hours for adults only because there were several small children screaming and splashing and jumping from one pool into the other which was very UNrelaxing! Be sure and bring yor password so you can utilize the Roku TV, otherwise there' not much to watch at all. Beds SUPER comfy, our mini-fridge did not work. Front desk was top notch in helping with every question, changing money, directions and recommendations! There are rockin' bars all around, so beware the night time noise until 4am when the bars finally close.

This was by far our best stay in Medellin. We had the room with the bathtub and it was just wonderful. The room smelled/looked very clean, had products from our favorite brand ‘L’occitane’. Breakfast was really good (so much choice it leaves you full). The rooftop is great with views over the city and a hot tub as well as a colder pool and nice relaxing area. We were a little worried about the reviews we read about the noise because the hotel is in the popular area of Poblado but we were not at all bothered by the club noise and felt that the room was pretty well isolated. Staff was lovely too!

The location is excellent - right in the centre of Poblado (surrounding all of the bars and restaurants). The rooftop pool is lovely (with fabulous views) and serves terrific cocktails (although quite pricey). The rooms are extremely well appointed. The check-in service was excellent and we all really enjoyed our breakfast. The staff went out of their way to help us every time we asked.

The biggest issue with the hotel is the thickness of glass in the bedrooms. Being right in the centre of Poblado, it's extremely noisy and the building wasn't built to withstand music until 5 or 6am in the morning. Half our group struggled to get any sleep on our first night, as it was simply too loud. So, despite loving so many things about the hotel, would I stay there again? I would reluctantly have to say no.

Beautiful interior design, unique music bar with live music (some day) and tasteful lunch and tasteful breakfast a la carte. The gentlemen at the door was very helpful when my Uber taxi arrived - thank you for your kind attention and assistance. The metro station is in walking distance (I estimate ca. 1,5 km) - good connectivity to public transport. Many fancy bars, boutiques and restaurants in the location of the hotel. The rooftop pool is small, but pleasant. All in all a good choice for me.

Yes, the location is really very vital (with many fancy bars, boutiques and restaurants) and pretty loud, but I brought my ear plugs with me. The new red light scene surrounding the hotel was irritating - however I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel.

We enjoyed the convenient location a few blocks from Provenza, excellent coffee and included drinks in the minibar. The en-suite purified water faucet was also a nice added touch. The rooftop offers cool views of the city and interesting graffiti art. The staff were welcoming and happy to provide recommendations about the area. Many reviews have mentioned the noise from clubs keeping them awake at night - we stayed on the 2nd floor and didn't have any problems when using the thoughtfully provided ear plugs and white noise machine.

While the location is extremely convenient for getting around and my spouse and I mostly felt safe, the nearby temporary construction on Parque Lleras means there is less foot traffic than normal and there can be some seedy characters hanging around. Also, the immediate area is a panhandling magnet so expect to be approached constantly.

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the rooms are really nice, bed is super cozy, restaurant downstairs has delicious food.

The area is a heavily party area, I was not aware of this upon booking. Very loud at night, and there are a beggars around the area. There was also a little bit of construction going on which was a bit disruptive at times. I can tell it's an up and coming area and I am sure it will continue improving. I stayed with my family, I would stay here again if it was only me and my partner or just friends.

Awesome hotel! Super clean, modern, and accommodating. Our room was amazing and had great views of the city. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was also really good (amazing crab arepas) and its complementary. The rooftop bar has a pool and amazing views of Medellin. They also use a laundry service if you want to wash your clothes, and its very affordable. Staff is super nice and they speak English.

The room was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The highlight was the bathroom with floor to ceiling windows, a spacious stall shower with great pressure, and quality toiletries. The room included a projector instead of a TV, which was a great addition, but it isn't really practical for someone like me who prefers to fall asleep with a TV on. It was far too bright for that. The hotel has a small, but nice rooftop with a pool, a really high quality bar in the basement (that isn't open every evening), and sufficient security to make you feel safe in the neighborhood.

The only thing that didn't go well during this visit happened in the lobby bar/restaurant one evening. I was given a coupon during check-in for a discount at the bar, and the waiter refused to honor the coupon, saying it could only be used for dinner. I'm not sure what the confusion was since I went during dinner hours (~8PM). As well, the noise should be noted, as it's unavoidable. I stayed on a Sunday night on the 5th floor, and the noise from the street level could be heard throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a dealbreaker.
