The hotel is really clean and comfortable with great amenities. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was a great size with a nice view. Staff were really friendly and also able to sort an early check in for us. Sound from surrounding areas was really well managed - we were on the 6th floor and it was only white noise for us. There were ear plugs provided in the bathroom and we were offered the option to only pay for one night on check in (pending how we got on with the noise.

Breakfast was disappointing - not the most flavourful and service was slow. The window from the bathroom to the bedroom resulted in minimal privacy.

A beautiful and confortable space! The staff was always available and looking to make your stay mire pleasurable. All their recommendations were excellent ñ; from our tour staff to the spa we used. And the location is excellent!!

The decoration is very attractive and functional, although the rooms are on the small side, the glass walls don’t make you feel cramped in. The rooms offer electric shades that are easy to open and close and filter water on demand. The only downfall was that the closet is extremely small and lack of drawers, but we made it work.

The people. From the reception team to those at the entrance (especially Jose, Julio, Natalia and David) they were wonderful and went out of there to ensure everything was taken care. In an emergency, they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist finding alternative options to help and especially when dealing with non-English speaking people on the phone. The location. It’s well located with a nice range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques, ATM and barbers within walking distance. The room. Beautifully decorated and spacious The restaurant. Breakfast was good quality.

It is noisy and the clubs/bars are loud well into 3am. Earplugs are essential The entrance to the hotel is on a pedestrianised street so access from the main road is awkward. Taxis and buses can stop but be aware it won’t be directly in front.

This is a personal shoutout to Natalia, Jose and David!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAY! The service was TOP TIER, the rooms were EXACTLY as advertised and the entire ambiance was very luxe. The daily housekeeping, the personal service 24/7 via whatsapp and the constant attention to details to the guests needs was just amazing. I stayed on the 4th floor and the noise was very very tolerable. You are right in the middle of the action of everything! Provenza is a 6 minute walk away and there are so many restaurants and bars there so this location is prime!!! I could go on and on about the hotel but it truly was a dream. When I come back, I’ll be staying here!

My only small gripe about the hotel was there being a dress code for the speakeasy bar in the bottom of the hotel. A very small gripe!

Beautiful interiors & cute design. Loved the lobby / lounge area you felt welcome to hang out there & the breakfast area was surrounded by plants so it felt private from the street. Definitely recommend this for couples. The rooftop jacuzzi and pool had an amazing view. The staff was so kind! Shoutout to the bartender on the rooftop

We had the room right above the entrance facing the street & the restaurants play VERY loud music until 4am so if that’s not your vibe be sure to request a different side if the building. We had high quality earplugs so it wasn’t an issue for us + stayed out late.

Overall everything was great, beautiful hotel, nice staff.. the only bad thing was the noise outside the window at night. Yes, unfortunately the neighboring restaurant, located opposite the hotel, behaves disgustingly and keeps terribly loud music until 5! in the morning.. We lived on the top floor and it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. The hotel provides earplugs, but I can recommend you to take your own silicone ones, you can only sleep with them. I really liked the hotel, I hope they can come to an agreement with the restaurant...

The room offered a wonderful experience, complemented by a vibrant location. The staff was exceptional, particularly Julio, who played a key role in enhancing my stay. His attentiveness, along with Laura and others, contributed significantly to my enjoyment. If you choose to stay here, you can expect Julio to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I plan to return to this accommodation on my next visit to Medellín without hesitation.

Nothing everything was spot on

The overall ambience and aesthetic was even better in person. This was complimented by the super friendly and multilingual staff. Natalia we will never forget your friendliness and how you went above and beyond to help us have a great New Years Eve :). David & Jose were also extremely friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool & Jacuzzi were great. The premium suite with Tub is everything! Remote controlled blackout curtains, water feature and other thought out designs and touches made us not want to leave. Yes the hotel is located in the middle of the excitement but it didn't bother us. It encourages you to go out and have a great time. By 4am most/if not all of the noise dies down. The hotel also is not shy to admit that the noise can be an issue and tries their best to make it accommodating.

The food there was great but the only slight disappointment is how early room service ends. Considering you can't sleep early, I think it would make sense to offer later room service and have the bar open a bit later as well. However it does force you to explore the area and find more affordable food and drinks ;)

Rooms: Beautiful rooms. We loved the bathtub and the general interior design. The rooms are quite small though, it's difficult to set up two suitcases. Breakfast: A la carte. The food is delicious; however the portions are extremely small.

Staff: Very friendly and helpful, although quite unorganised. We asked them to prepare a breakfast for us since we left at 7 am for a trip. They forgot about it... Restaurant/room service: Apart from the breakfast, the Italian restaurant they have is not very good. Gym/fitness: There is no gym! You have to go to a hotel close-by (Hotel Charlee), which has a fantastic gym, but you have to pay ~9 USD (40'000 COP) to enter! Makes me wonder why not just book the Hotel Charlee instead. A bit disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

I expected the hotel to be nice but I did not expect I would be so happy with the stay. We wished we stayed longer. The hotel is as pictured and beautifully decorated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and professional. Special commendation to Julio, Jose, and Natalia at reception. Our bell hop was also very nice and went above and beyond, but unfortunately, we didn't get his name. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and balanced. I think the options were good. The location was central. All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.
