Friendly and polite bilingual stuff, spotless clean, at the center of El Poblado close to everything. Breakfast was very nice with many fresh fruits, egg choices and Colombian coffee. Will definitely rebook when i ll be back to Medellin. Muchas gracias for everything, you made my stay amazing x

The Hotel was a pretty good Hotel, however room was smaller than expected and we had to request a bigger room. Unfortunately change of room was possible if another room became available. The room we got afterwards was very spacious to & accomodate ourselves comfortably. Hotel staff, was friendly and service was good and location is very central.

the property was super well located right next to Provenza and near all the pick up locations for the tours you might do while in Medellin. the staff was very nice. breakfast is good.

we stayed in two different rooms while in this hotel and both showers leaked, making a good section of the restroom wet and slippery (the floor towel wasn’t enough to cover it). although they cleaned our room they would remove all toiletries that were used and never replacement which became annoying as you slowly found things missing and being replaced. the beds are not as comfortable.

It is a nice, quiet place in a very loud party area of the city. The good thing is you can sleep rather well in it, as the noises are not very loud. Also, rooms are small but efficient and the breakfast is good. There is a 24h reception.

The hotel doesn't really have much of a lobby, and the rooms are smallish, but that is ok and worth the price.

Room was spacious and modern. Location is great. Plenty of resturants nearby to choose from. Air con worked great too and was needed at night as if you open the window you can hear the music quite loudly but the windows block it out perfectly. Would come again

Breakfast wasn’t amazing, there wasn’t a huge selection of food and the area is quite small, one of the days it was really busy and cramped.

The room was nice and well organized. The staff was very kind and available to support for anything. The location of the hotel is in the center of the Poblado so really ideal for a party vacation.

The only flaw was the rooftop which was a bit older than the photos and not really livable. For couples and familiesI would pick an hotel slightly more distant from Provenza.

Hotel is located in a center of El Poblado. Very good breakfast with various of choice, fresh juices. Room very convenience.

Rooms should be more quiet. Unfortunately we heard other people passing a corridor in the night and in the morning. During weekends there is also very noisy outside.

We had a wonderful time at 14 Urban Hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything El Poblado neighborhood has to offer. The staff were great, very attentive. We loved our king suite with jacuzzi on our own private balcony! The room and bathroom was clean, spacious and very modern. The room was also very quiet. Despite being in a very happening area with lots of nightlife, we slept like babies! Bonus... there is an outdoor gym half block away that is open to the public and I was able to get a couple of workouts in!

Nice view from the room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, great location in the middle of busy area with a lot of bars and restaurants

Mattress was a little hard for me, although my husband was ok with it. Bathroom door was creaking, so going to bathroom at night would wake up another person

Nice little hotel in a safe area of Medellin, near many restaurants and shops. The room was perfect, great shower, great AC and very clean. The breakfast was very good and there was free water, coffee and fruits all day. Staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel

Very noisy, no soundprood. Although well located, the hotel is located near bars and pubs which make it quite noisy if you are a light sleeper.
