The staff are extremely helpful and even with a bit of a language barrier very willing to work with you. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, and great centralized location.

The downside of the great location is at night it can be noisy if you aren't out until 3 in the morning. Construction work during the day also didn't help when trying to work in the hotel room.

The location is awesome, right on the end of the main street in Provenza (but not right in the middle of it) which is closed to cars and FULL of bars and restaurants. So lots of nightlife and food options! Only one block away from the colorful Medellin sign. If you’re staying in this area you have to expect a lot of noise at night, but I sleep with earplugs anyway (I recommend you bring some), and we got lucky to get a room on the 6th floor, so that was helped. Our room had a window with a city/mountain view. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff was cleaning other rooms on our floor and I was able to see that they spend a lot of time cleaning each room. I was very impressed with how clean the room was. The hotel has a front covered patio area designated for smoking. We enjoyed sitting out there. The breakfast was great, and I’m bummed we were only able to have it one day due to our schedule. It included basics like toast, bread rolls, cereal, and yogurt, but the cooks were also preparing either eggs and sausage or chicken soup. We had the soup and it was amazing!

The hotel is not very pretty or boutique looking at all, it’s just basic, but the location and everything else makes up for it. The room itself was very basic, it didn’t include a mini fridge, desk lamps, and the bathroom didn’t have a vent. We did have hot water but it was hard to regulate the temperature, it would go from hot to cold on its own. Despite these complaints I would still stay here again!

Breakages was fine. It’s much better to have it as self service .

The staff was professional, breakfast was good and it varied a little everyday. The room was spacious and clean, towels were changed everyday. Biggest plus, the room had a safety deposit box!

1) The room had a big window but it was sealed, with no way of letting fresh air in. As a consequence, it would get steamy after showers and in general the air was musty upon returning to the room unless we kept the front door open. 2) There was no Netflix on tv

location is excellent…near everything that’s fun. Staff is friendly and tries to speak English. it’s helpful to speak a little Spanish, but the reception desk has Google translate handy. Rooms are comfortable and plenty of bedding is provided. Shampoo and soap provided that smells nice. We also liked the sitting area out front

Walls are a bit thin. We could hear entire conversations from next door. Water can run either very hot or lukewarm. Some breakfasts were mediocre

The hotel is actually very good. Location is safe and perfect if you are interested in bars, discos, restaurants. Receprion's staff was really helpful, our room was quiet even though outside there is disco over disco.

I didn't like much only 2 things: 1) From the garbage basket in the bathroom was bad smell, really really bad, like if they change bags there, but never wash it. 2) The breakfast could be better. The food itself was not bad at all but too few things. Personally for me was missing some sweet bread, pie or cake. Even maybe something easy, just for take it with my breakfast coffee.

Have to improve the room cleaning system. We stayed for two weeks, and some days had to go to the front desk to request towels and bathroom paper.

Great hotel. Comfortable room, great location. Lots of good restaurants and places to party nearby. The free breakfast is great too

The location couldn't be better in El Poblado, right on Calle Provenza in the middle of everything. Still there was not too much noise in the room, I had one towards the back. Obviously it's not 100% silent, but I was surprised how much of the noise stayed outside. The bed was comfortable, only a bit short for tall Europeans. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful.

On the first day, the room could have been cleaner, there were quite a lot of hairs in several places. The bathroom looked a bit old, the shower is spacy but that takes away too much room from the toilet. Hot water was sometimes not enough, sometimes too much and almost impossible to mix with the cold water, it's either hot or cold.

The breakfast was ok if it can be better its ok

for me everything was perfect.
