Location and the staff!! Diego, hotel manager, is super nice! Would definitely stay again

The door slamming was frustrating. Owners should consider redoing the doors to their rooms because the door doesn’t shut lightly!! You have to basically close it shut so the door would close and that leads guests into slamming their doors shut day in day out!!

Good location. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and party zone. Metro station is around 20 minutes walking distance. Breakfast selection was good, and service was excellent (Nayeli was very helpful and attentive, I'm grateful for her service).

The noise from surroundings. Due to its location, be ready for the noise during weekend nights. Room walls aren't soundproof so you can hear the noises from closest rooms. Make sure you have earplugs.

Modern and very pleasant Boutique Hotel with a friendly owner and helpful staff. My room was small, as in the description but absolutely adequate. The WiFi is excellent and workspace is also available. Good restaurants in the same street and within very short walking distance. It's 1½km from Poblado Metro, however uphill, so I would recommend Taxi or Uber for that direction. Basic breakfast is included.

The location was central and the check-in was seamless despite arriving at 5:00 am in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast on-site included in the room was an added benefit.

The pillows could have been fluffier. A blanket would have been a nice added touch as Medellin in January has rather colder temperatures. Suggest that the policies for the hotel that are linked to the Booking.com chat need to be updated. The auto-reply said I could get a late check out until 5:00 pm with a fee (based on availability, of course). This was not possible based on feedback from the receptionist.

Everything, especially the hostess that helped me when i had a problem with my luggage. I didin't get her name but she works at the lobby. I was so thankfull

If there can be a variety more of breakfast and when we order they kept bringing the wrong things, when we ask to change it they where not happy.

Breakfast was very nice overall, location was great, stuff very frendly and helpful. Very clean rooms.

The security box in my room was broken, they fixed it a couple of times, but again didn't work. The guys at reception were very helpful all the time.

The location was perfect and the breakfast, very good.

The building and room's acoustic. You could easily listen to other guests as they were having a conversation as they walked towards their rooms or were at the front desk talking to the employee in charge.

There is a lot of noise at night because of the clubs around so it is difficult to sleep.

yes back again the same wonderful hotel!!! this hotel has great door locks it is also accompanied by safe in the room. Room service was top notch. I had a nice balcony view. Ice cold AC for the hot day. Nice hot shower. Nice flat screen television. Electrical outlets all over the place for convenient charging of devices. Refrigerator made my beverages ice cold. I perfect lighting. Very clean hotel inside and outside of the room and outside of the property. And as always a warm welcoming staff!!! also a fresh breakfast included instead at no additional cost. Truly this hotel is 10 out of 10!!!
