The location was great! So close to restaurants, bars, shopping. The staff overall was extremely friendly! The rooms were cool looking and comfortable! There were plenty of power outlets, comfy beds, good water pressure, clean, good black out curtains, good sound proofing! The front desk staff overall was so friendly, helpful, and their English was excellent! The hotel had a cool vibe and looked very cool. They provided two bottles of water in the room, WIFI, extra towels upon request, and helped with contacting laundry services. Great value for money!

If we're being picky? Water leaked through a crack from the shower to the toilet area... but this is being picky. Also, a ledge / shelf in the shower for out personal items would have been nice.

By far the best location of any hotel in all of Provenza, Medellin. Had dinner at the restaurant and was blown away by the gastronomic experience. Above and beyond anything I expected from a hotel restaurant.

We loved the design of the rooms, and the location in the Poblado neighbourhood. Breakfast was not included with a room and a bit pricy, but the buffet was excellent.

Very loud construction noises woke us up quite early every morning - even through earplugs. Something to consider if you’re picking this hotel to rest.

Had an amazing time here. The rooms were neat and tidy, a bit small - but extremely quiet considering you’re in the middle of everything. The day shift front desk guy was (12/19) was very helpful and always pleasant to talk to.
