The staff were supported and kind,in general. The location was in the best spot of El Poblado! Right in the centre, literally a 3-4 minute walk from Provenza, the hot sppt with restaurants, sjopping stalls and bars/clubs. My room had a hot tub in it. My own jacuzzi and it was so nice and relaxing to use.

That there was a switch to turn the hot tub bubbles on and off,instead of having to call reception to ask them to do this for me. A lamp in the room. Helps with a little light, instead of the main lights. Shower gel, in addition to or instead of a bar of soap. A light, thin duvet, instead of a sheet and extra blanket.

Good attitude and attention from the lobby counter personel. Close to everything in El Poblado, Bodytech Gym is at 6 min walk, metro station at a ~15min walk, amazing restaurant right in front called Barbaros special for meat and pork. No terrible noise at night even though it's in El Poblado.

Sauna was way too hot, no warm water on the wet zone shower upstairs, breakfast for people that have allergic restrictions is a bit too low on protein for example I can't eat eggs so I was only left with 2 tiny sausages. Mariguana smokers on the street are intense so close the windows.

I have stayed there several times and whenever I’m in medellin, this is where I stay the room is great. I love the Jacuzzi and your staff is wonderful over the years. It’s nice to see familiar faces. Thank you.

I like the proximity to everything in Poblado and it’s nice to have a Jacuzzi in the room so after a long day, you can relax in your room

The room was spacious and well maintained.

The way, I was charged more than an extra 250000 COP because I checked in around 2 AM after landing in Medellín and charged again more than 250000 COP for checking out after 9 PM.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, nice terrace, tasty breakfast.

We used their laundry service which was supposed to be “the best in town”. They shrunk almost all of our clothes, our trousers were a couple of centimeters shorter… When we complained, they said they will look into the matter, but never did. When we asked again and suggested at least a partial refund, the receptionist just smiled.

I loved the hotel! I stayed there with my husband to celebrate our 9th anniversary. The room was great, we enjoyed having a jacuzzi to ourselves in the bedroom. The room has an AC but the water was warm. Very clean room and friendly staff. They served us an american breakfast and it was delicious. There are great restaurants nearby (walk distance) so you don't need to go too far to have lunch or dinner and the metro station is also very close to it so if you want to travel around the city you can go and come back without any trouble. We absolutely loved it and we're looking forward to visiting it again soon!

The room is nice. The location is perfect!

Transport service from and to airport. The car was too small for 3 luggage and 4 people. The hotel needs a bigger car for this type of services The room was nice, only the bathroom's mirror was broken and needs to be fixed.

1.- The property was clean. 2.- The nigh shift receptionist men it’s very helpful and anger to give you a hand. 3.- The location it’s very good, couple of blocks from Lleras Park.

what I didn’t like was : 1.- The AC it’s on all the time, the remote control doesn’t work. 2.- The toilet water dispenser gets stock you need to shake it to make it run so the water fills again to to flush. 3.- The shower doesn’t have shampoo or soup holder, you need to put everything on the flor. 4.- I asked for breakfast room service that I was going to pay but they denied and I have to go upstairs to the restaurant to eat my breakfast.

Top location, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious.

Rooms on the first floor are too noisy, not really good for families.
