The staff id the first thing I’d like to say we loved, such a great service, always attending every single request and need we expressed. Breakfast is according to what you wish for in terms of how the eggs are made and which ingredients they make them with, and if you want Colombian arepa or toasts. Thank you very much for everything to Bryan and Diana, specially, but also to Salvador and Anthony.

The bed only had normal sheets, the blankets (to cover up when using the air conditioner) were in a drawer we never opened until we were about to leave and just “to make sure we didn’t) leave anything behind, as Medellin is somewhat hot, we thought they simply didn’t have, otherwise they would have been over the beds or somewhere we could have seen them easily, I recognize we made the mistake of not asking about it.

Excellent location in the centre of the city, close to lots or restaurants, bars and nightlife. The room was clean and well presented. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient.

The bathroom in my room was poorly designed. I'm an average sized guy but could hardly use the toilet. For a big person it would be almost impossible. No outside window, just one onto the corridor outside. A blind kept the privacy, but there was a little noise.

Location was excellent and breakfast really good. Staff was really helpful and eager to serve and accomodate to your needs.

Had issues with hot water flow on the first room assigned. A new room was assigned and it was ok.

The location is awesome. Also, the staff is really nice, very kind people, try to help you as much as they can.

The cleaning staff always forgot to put the feet towel at the entrance to the shower. Some noise from the staff was heard up to the rooms.
