The hotel is very modern and has a lovely terrace downstairs. The room is big enough, with comfortable bed, really nice shower and I had a lovely view from the window. Despite the noise from the clubs outside I was able to sleep just fine thanks to the white noise machine in the room.

It was a busy location and I would prefer to be quieter but that’s personal preference. For breakfast, I didn’t like choosing food from the menu. I end up ordering and being charge for second order. (I had a very small fruit bowl and pre ordered a croissant that I was asked to pay for). So it’s just a heads up. Overall I would still return to the hotel.

The location is fantastic. It is in the middle of the party district and strut g point to explore the city. It is noisy but I had no problem with that. They provide ear plugs and the clubs next doors are closed anyway now. Nice amenities and you have a coffee Maschine in the rooms. Louis and Juan are amazing. They all talk English and assist with everything. Great job! They communicate via WhatsApp with you and you can send them messages all day. I stayed here two nights and decided after some days to move back to that hotel.

We liked the staff, they were really professional and ready to help at any time. Location was good since it is in the middle of nightlife, but that can be minus too, depends on what are you looking for. Anyhow, the hotel is surrounded with bunch of different restaurants and coffee shops.

We did not like noise, but first of all I need to say that in the description of the hotel it is written that they are in the noisy neighborhood. Additionally, they provide you with the device where you can play white noise music, as well with the ear plugs, do they did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would say that it is noisy but not as I was expected.

Read the negative comments! If you don't want noise at night this is now the place to be. For everything else? Great location, breakfast, cleanliness, staff was friendly... They even cleaned every day!

The bars around the hotel make it hard to sleep at night if you're a light sleeper. We had ear plugs and a noise machine provided to us upon arrival. Also, some of the streets around the hotel are not the safest at night. Hanging out in the well-lit streets just behind the hotel isn't a problem.

No internal sound proofing. They did whatever is possible to isolate the outside, but I could hear noise from other rooms, and got woken up by an idiot neighbour at 6am who had a genius idea to talk to someone on the phone whilst waiting for a lift right outside my door. I am not a light sleeper so a) he must have been loud b) walls are paper thin.

Actually everything. The moment I checked-in Juan was very informative and helpful. He shared a WhatsApp number with me so I can text him at anytime if I need anything. My room was very clean and perfect. Yes, lots of music noise coming from outside which is expected. It’s in the middle of nightlife. They provide earplugs so I was fine.

I like firm bed and the bed was very soft. This is a personal preference

The hotel was amazing, a safe and centrally located place, close to various great spots like rooftops and excellent restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Although we could hear some music at night, it was still easy to sleep. The staff were extremely kind and ready to help upon arrival, which made the experience even better.

I really 💕 loved the staff. Everyone was smiling and helpful, ALL the time. The security made me feel safe. I'm not foreseeing another visit to Colombia. I would say to stay there if only because you will be immersed in Colombian culture. I was not aware of how trend setting the Colombians are. High fashion and fabulous Very modern. Go shopping.

The music never seemed intrusive or in your face . I was having so much fun I just rolled with the experience. Maybe I will go back again.

It’s located in a very centric area, a lot of places at walking distance where to eat, drink and have fun. Very chic, industrial decor, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious (EVERYTHING). The suite was absolutely beautiful and amazing!

In one of the regular room (not suite) we didn’t have the luck with the smart TV, I was only able to use the YouTube app. The concierge was very sorry about the inconvenience and informed me that they are working on upgrading their TV systems.

The great thing was the convenience of the location to clubs, restaurants, etc. . The challenge was getting to sleep before 4 am as it is surrounded by open air nightclubs with thumping, competing beats blending into a crazy noisy mash. To their credit, they disclose the noise issue at every step of the reservation and even the check in process and they provide earplugs and a background noise machine. Noiseproofing the windows a bit more (they didn’t seal tightly) would have helped but I appreciated the kind staff, stylish pad and convenient location.
