Stylish surroundings, friendly staff and loved the jacuzzi in room.

The great thing was the convenience of the location to clubs, restaurants, etc. . The challenge was getting to sleep before 4 am as it is surrounded by open air nightclubs with thumping, competing beats blending into a crazy noisy mash. To their credit, they disclose the noise issue at every step of the reservation and even the check in process and they provide earplugs and a background noise machine. Noiseproofing the windows a bit more (they didn’t seal tightly) would have helped but I appreciated the kind staff, stylish pad and convenient location.

Location is great, close to all sorts of restaurants and shops in one of the best neighborhoods in Medellin. That also means it comes with a lot of loud music from the bars around but if you have no issues falling asleep then you've got nothing to worry about.

It suited me well. Breakfast is not served but again that was good because you get to walk around and enjoy the restaurants around.

You get exactly what you booked. A modern top notch room in the middle of Medellins party area. So don´t be afraid to put in those ear plugs provided by the hotel, turn on the white noise speaker (also provided by the hotel) and closed the some what sound proof windows and you are up for a good night sleep after having a fee cocktails in one the many bars and restaurant at the beautiful area. And even if your sleep is a bit bumby you will always get a great morning shower and the best breakfast we had on our trip.

The hotel is new and very nice, the description "boutique" is definitely fitting. The staff was incredibly nice and offered to write us a list of restaurants they recommend in the area. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

The location. It is right in the middle of a party street with different music blasting from each establishment until 3am in the morning making it difficult to sleep. To be fair, the property did contact me as soon as I booked advising about this fact and offered to change my booking to a sister hotel, so I knew what I was getting myself into. For those who come to party in Medellin, the location is perfect.

Very small room for the money and you better be a party person if you stay here because the music is banging from the surrounding clubs all night, every night. They do provide ear plug but I recommend noise cancelling head phones

The staff at epic are truly EPIC! so kind and helpful. probably the best part of staying here. The room itself was comfy (shower is amazing) and the location is great. walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.

only negative is the sound level at night. This hotel is between lots of bars that blast very loud music until 4 am. you can't block it out but the hotel provides ear plugs and a white noise machine and honestly, it didn't bother me. just go knowing there will be noise and you're good.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated with very comfy beds and toiletries included too. Despite the bars and noise, the location is good. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the metro station is a 15-20 minute walk away. WiFi is free and good in the rooms as well as air conditioning.

There is A LOT of noise at night. The hotel is surrounded by bars on every side which all play music and have people shouting from early evening untill 3am so if you are a light sleeper then this probably isn't the hotel for you or if you are staying as a family! So if you enjoy a night out and want to be in the center of the action then this hotel is perfect. Ear plugs and a 'white noise machine' are provided in the rooms with noises from calming music to rain and static to try and help you sleep at night. We managed to sleep alright the 4 nights we were here but the noise does hit you as soon as you get to the street. I feel the hotel are aware of this and are trying their best to find solutions.

The location of the hotel is very close to Lleras Park, which make it safe to walk even late night. However, the hotel is located and surrounded by night clubs, in addition to the roof top bar, you will be exposed to loud noises and mixed annoying music all night until 4am. If you have issues with noise, this is not a place for you.

The room and location were perfect but I can not brag on the staff enough. They were PHENOMENAL! I was a solo female traveler and they were literally always one text or call away and ready to assist even if I was away from the hotel and needed help with someone completely unrelated from the hotel they were there. They called all of my taxis, translated for me, booked my excursions, checked on me daily, they were just great! I highly recommend this place. (Please ignore the second pic I uploaded I can’t remove it lol)

The property was nice and clean.

The rooms were very small but we only stayed for one night. We were not aware the property was not accessible by vehicle after a specific time. This made it a bit difficult to take our luggage to hotel. Breakfast was served at different location. The staff didn’t have a note when we got there but they figured it out. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly.
