The location is perfect, as you are 1 min walk from all the bars but still far away to be outside the busy area. The place is modern and has an urban touch to it. The beds were very good and rooms modern and clean.

Our room was very small but there are bigger rooms available. You only get coffee pods ones despite we stayed 3 nights, I think they should give you at least 2 per day. They also did not replace the drinking water daily. There is not a real pool, its more a roof top jacuzzi which is really nice thought. Only part what was a bit annoying is the construction next door, bit load during breakfast as its open air, but we did not hear it in the rooms.

Perfect location, at the start of the main tourist area (and yet far enough to be quiet). Very modern, luxury and high-end hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive in providing guidance to visit Medellin, as well as arranging any trips that we wanted to do. The rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable and luxurious. And the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is served in a very nice and open area, and the quality of the food is very good.

Take into account that breakfast will take quite a while to be served (approx. 45 mins), which happened every of the 5 mornings we had breakfast. When you have activities planned for the early mornings this can be an issue, and despite asking if breakfast could be served early (and ordering the day before) this went wrong 2 times... Also, the food and services arranged by the hotel are ridiculously expensive. For example laundry, where they charge 5 USD per underwear and 10 USD per shirt. It's almost cheaper to buy new clothes. Also, lunch and drinks (on the rooftop bar) are extremely (unreasonably) expensive.

I stayed at this hotel for the first two days of my visit to Medellín. It’s in a prime location—close to the city center yet tucked away in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, which I really appreciated. Overall, the hotel has a lot to offer, but there’s a construction site nearby, so expect some early morning noise that might disrupt your sleep. One of the hotel’s standout features is its push for innovation. Each room is equipped with a tablet-like screen that allows you to control the lights and other settings. While the concept is promising, the execution could use some improvement. The interface was not intuitive, and I ran into several issues. For instance, the previous guest had set an alarm, and it took me a frustrating amount of time to figure out how to turn it off the next morning. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t reset alarms between guests, which made for a rude awakening. This type of feature has great potential, but it needs to be refined or it ends up being more of a hassle than a convenience. Aside from that, the hotel itself is comfortable and well-maintained. However, the breakfast could definitely be improved. I found it underwhelming and opted to head into the city to find something better. Still, despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel is a pleasant and cozy place to stay.

Great reception staff—helped with excellent restaurant recommendations/ reservations and mapping out some of our trips to local attractions. The place has a cool and hip vibe, and it is in a great neighborhood, full of great little restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful—loved the fresh fruit, homemade granola and chef options. Room is a bit small but clean and nicely done.

Didn’t have any issues with the tech (as per prior reviews) everything in the room operated very well with cel phone they provide for the room. Construction is still ongoing but we luck out since we stayed on days it was halted so had no issues with this either.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel and great food. We loved our stay in all the ways. The staff were very welcoming, warm and helpful. Everything about the hotel makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Walking distance from nice restaurants and sights including Provenza :)

We had a small problem with room service but they quickly found a way to make it up to us. We loved everything about the hotel, definitely would recommend to everyone visiting Medellin and would stay myself at 23 Hotel if/when coming back k myself.

It was a beautiful, secure building and the rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily. The breakfast options were great and the jacuzzi was lovely with views across the city. All staff were friendly and helpful and the showers were powerful and warm

The breakfast service was a bit slow so we had to give ourselves an hour before our tours to ensure we had enough to get our food and eat.

I really liked the design of the hotel and the innovative.

The room is very small, if you have a big bags is very uncomfortable. Smart control can become a little confusing. Nice Bathroom maybe its necessary an another wall accessory for the personal shampoo and elements.

Location, Infrastructure. The staff is exceptional, very good service.

Is noisy at night, so is hard to rest sometimes. I'm a software developer, and I love technology, I liked that the lights and curtains can be controlled from a phone, but in terms of user experience, its use is not very intuitive, it is difficult to understand how it works.

would be good to have breakfast menu translated to English night manager was quite unhelpful and difficult on multiple occasions. other staff were great. basic room was extremely small!

The location of the hotel is superb . It is within walking distance of Provenza that is full of restaurants , bars , boutiques . The breakfast was amazing . Truly the best breakfast that I had in hotels in years .

The rooms are too small . Ridiculously small. One side of the bed was against the wall so to get up from the bed you literally had to crawl out of it .
