I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a good variety of options.

The only downside was the location — while it's close to Provenza, the steep hill makes it really difficult to walk, especially if you're heading out for dinner or trying to get back late in the evening. If you're okay with taking a short ride or don't mind the climb, it's a great choice overall. One small thing I missed was a full-length mirror in the room — it would have been a nice touch.

Hotel is super equipped, staff is great, super kind, facilities are very nice, backyard by the little creek is super relaxing, and is well located, near El Poblado and Provenza areas where night life (restaurants, bars) are the best in the city. Its location could be somehow challenging to reach by walking as it is located on top of a hill. Some rooms have a balcony where you can spend the first minutes of the day, hearing the creek, the birds and enjoying the city view.

Breakfast menu can definitively be improved. there aren't many choices and quality in pastry and bakery can also be enhanced. It is a fair option tho.

My stay at the Lettera Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the staff, to the rooms, and the assistance with booking excursions. The breakfast buffet was excellent and convenient as it opens at 6 a.m. and gives you plenty of time to eat before you go out and enjoy the day. I highly recommend this hotel and am very happy with the overall experience! :)

The elevators can really slow you down if you are in a hurry. Plan to leave with time to spare as the elevators can be really slow to go down to the lobby.

The staff was super helpful with everything, their service was TOP! No think bad to say about this hotel i would definitely recommend it to anyone who are planning to go to Medellín, Colombia! The variety at breakfast was also amazing! Cleaning staff was super fast qith the services and it kept smelling amazing in the rooms! The two young-adults boys at reception i remember one of them their names: Jhon i think it is you were super helpful with providing us information and arranging Taxi service for us. Despite a mini hiccup upon arrival, everything was handled quickly and to my expectations. Incredibly kind and dedicated staff, from reception to restaurant service. With a special plus for John and Walter who were more than fantastic. The staff is definitely attentive to your needs and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Superb hotel. Impeccable cleanliness, the bed is comfortable, very nice room, hot water, almost silent air conditioning and the rooms are well insulated. The breakfast is superb, it has everything and more. The location is super beautiful, surrounded by trees and waterfalls. A good walk on the other hand to get to restaurants and where there is action. But everything is done well with a taxi in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect. Thank you for everything Leterra Hotel.

The location of the hotel is pretty good and yet in a very quiet neighborhood so u sleep well, the hotel's breakfast is decent and the staff overall is amazingly helpful. They even exchanged money probably one of the best rates which is unlike hotels. the beds are comfy and having a balcony and a green and mountain view was just amazing

if you dont take uber can be steep walking back and forth. there is no gym ( I know its written but if only it had a gym) not much else about the hotel that is wrong

The location, the modern layout, the quaintness, the lushness

The floor tiles in the bathroom (shower) were extremely slippery. We had to put down a towel to stand on to shower. We were told that there is room service and there is no extra cost. One morning we called to place an order for coffee in our room. We were told it was not possible Lobby furniture is worn … needs to be cleaned or replaced

Breakfast had some different options each day a good thing There was no mineral water only fruit infused There was an option to eat outside Very strange was the inability to charge any extra like a special coffee to your room

Very little water was provided free they charged for water we had a beautiful duplex room over looking tropical tree view on the 6th floor but all night there was a banking noise I think from the elevator

The service was wonderful! Walter was there every breakfast morning to make sure things were perfect whether we were on the terrace or at a nice table for three in the casual diner. Ludwig was constantly attentive and respectful and helped us when our daughter needed medicine from the farmacia late at night. The rest of the team made us feel like family and remembered our daughters name and helped her to her seat and made her feel special with bubbles. I really felt welcome and at home in the garden of Poblado. Close to amenities and restaurants. A cheap and fast taxi ride to the town center. I can’t say enough about how much we liked it.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the stay with great tropical fruits and cakes on most days. The food was also excellent when I ordered dinner there. Most of the staff were quite helpful.

The hotel is a 25 minute walk UP HILL from the Poblado park. I did not realize that the hotel was this far from the commercial area. Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in my room for the entirety of the stay which prevented the toilet from emptying properly. A maintenance person attempted to fix the toilet but was not successful. I guess I could have requested to switch rooms but was too lazy after settling in. The two elevators in the hotel were tiny and there was sometimes a wait for an empty one.
