I loved how close it is to alot of good spots in the area. there was a park next door, a plaza a little walks away that had everything!! The room was absolutely stunning, the tv was nice and big. the balcony views were great, the bed was comfy and had lots of pillows. The bathroom had a rain showerhead plus a handheld, it was giving modern and we loved it. I cant wait to visit again

The only downside was that every refreshment provided in the room had to be purchased. it would have been nice if we atleast had a complimentary bottle of water.

We loved how close it was to mostly everything think off shopping malls like Multi Plaza, Santa Fe etc. Outside the hotel right next to it there is even a mini market we’re you can buy water or something to eat.

There isn’t much to say, but the cleaning wasn’t the best. I understand the concept off sustainability but the floors were very dirty the bed seems like they used same sheets everyday and did not cleaned the bed before making it. We found hairs of other persons and do not think of walking without slippers in your room. Overall this was the only only downside hope they can work on this.

I liked the room, the staff, breakfast was great, the location was nice.

The pipes from the bathroom lavatory in our room smelled most of the time. It was not unbearable, but it was a nuissance.

The location was amazing, a short walk from El Tesoro shopping mall. De room itself was great and clean. De staff was amazing. Breakfast that was included was increadible, it had many opcions which were all amazing. We would definately stay here again.

The room was not very well isolated for sound. So we could hear people in the hallways. And the room next to us. On average not a huge problem. Only one night it was past 12am and the noise was very loud in the room next to us. But with a short msg to the staff they spoke to our neighbors. So the staff is very helpfull and responsive to this.

We loved the location. The area was so safe that we walked around the neighborhood by ourselves. The staff was amazing and they accommodated my elderly mother and us in connecting rooms as requested. Breakfast was delicious and they had several options in the included menu. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautiful.

No quiet hours in the lobby. Since there is an opening that goes from the lobby to the upper floor, every noise in the lobby could be heard all the way up. People were speaking very loudly until late night hours. Same happens with the rooftop restaurant. My room was located on the third floor towards the front (with balcony), and I could hear all the noises from the lobby as well as from the restaurant. The issue with the restaurant I believe was due to the fact they leave their windows open, so all the noise comes down.

Every detail is meticulously attended to, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. Returning to such a pristine space after a busy day in the city was a highlight. Service: The service at Blue Suites is truly top-notch. Every team member demonstrates genuine warmth and professionalism, with some individuals going above and beyond. Camila at the front desk was consistently attentive, always ready to assist with any needs and did so with a friendly and sincere smile. Angelo and Danna at breakfast were also exceptional, offering attentive service that ensured each morning began pleasantly. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities are outstanding. A notable highlight is the massage spa on the top floor, where skilled staff offer specialized treatments at prices that are refreshingly affordable compared to those in the U.S. or Europe. I booked two days of spa services without hesitation and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care and expertise. The rooftop also features an excellent restaurant Cannario, which offers spectacular views over Medellín—especially stunning at night. Overall: Blue Suites Hotel offers an unparalleled experience in Medellín, with its excellent location, spotless rooms, and outstanding service. I am already looking forward to my next stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Medellín.

To be candid, there was truly nothing about my experience that I could say I disliked. The service, amenities, location, and overall atmosphere all exceeded my expectations, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. The only thing I could wish for is that the time I spent there didn’t go by so quickly—a testament to how enjoyable my stay was. The experience was so seamless and memorable that it left me wanting more days to appreciate everything the hotel and the vibrant city of Medellín have to offer. In conclusion, Blue Suites Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, service, and luxury, making my time there unforgettable.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the breakfast option especially the Colombian dish was incredible. The staff were so attentive and friendly. One member of staff Angel was exceptionally helpful, giving recommendations for food and local tours- and his recommendations were fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the location brilliant to get easily by taxi or walk to El Poblado. The rooftop especially had stunning views - we didn’t know it had a rooftop and wish we were able to visit at nighttime. We felt so safe, I couldn’t recommend a better hotel!

There was quite abit of noise at night but nothing unbearable.

The property is very nice and in a great location. It’s near a very nice mall for shopping and to exchange currency but tucked away enough for it to be a bit quiet. The showers in the rooms were these amazing waterfall showers with great pressure and the beds were king sized and comfortable. Room prices were also very reasonable. The staff at the hotel were also excellent and breakfast was generous.

There was a slight humidity problem in the rooms and it looks like there may have at some point been some water damage to the property. The showers in both our rooms on the second floor had some clear water damage and mold but this wasn’t problematic for us as we were only there for 3 days/2 nights. Also the shuttle service is borderline highway robbery but this is not abnormal for hotels in Colombia. Uber is probably your best bet regardless of which hotel you choose.

Excellent Room, very comfortable and beautiful. Good equipped. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpfull front office desk. Excellent and attentive service by Julian. Excellent and friendly cleaning staff. Location quiet, but a little isolated, although highly recommended for travellers who like peacefulness away from the busy tourist area, transportation dependable for basic needs and close-by attractions and restaurants, attentive, warm and very friendly taxi service by Juan Sosa. Most important malls, restaurants, supermarkets within a 5 to 10 minites drive.

Rate included breakfast good but monotenous after two weeks stay. Basic variation of choices would improve. Simple sandwiches, pastries, cereals etc. Although there is a paid option to the cafetaria menu. There is a splendid mediterean restaurant and bar, but geared to younger public. The "house" music was too loud to my liking. I only used the restaurant once, and went mostly to the closeby Amsterdam Mall that has an excellent choice of various restaurants.

Great location. All hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist you. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We didn't know but found out at the hotel that guests are covered under the hotel's medical insurance (it's included in the cost of what you pay for the room). If you need medical attention, the front desk can help you contact a doctor. A doctor will then go to your hotel room to assist you. Ambulance transportation is also included if necessary.
