We loved that it looked like the pictures. There was complementary water in the room, and the staff was very friendly. Also, the hotel was very clean.

They charge you for almond milk at breakfast, and if you want another cup of coffee,. If you go to eat breakfast at 9, you have to expect a delay of about an hour. The room doesn't have a full body mirror, and the bathroom doesn't have a very good light to apply makeup. The windows are not noise-canceling windows. If you want to go by walking to the mall El Tesoro, which is close, by night, you will find it difficult to cross the street, and there are some places where you will walk in the dark and isolated.

This new hotel is located on Poblado’s hills. The staff is quite attentive, especially the front desk, which was kind enough to allow us for an early check-in. The room was well decorated, although the bathroom was a bit disproportioned compared to the room. The hotel’s Spa was very nice as well.

The breakfast and restaurant were probably the only negative aspects we encountered; the breakfast options are varied, but it’s not a buffet; you receive a menu with several vegan and vegetarian options which might sound a bit too exotic at times. Some more traditional breakfast options would be highly appreciated. Also, during the first breakfast it took them around 40min to bring us our breakfast. A bit less during the second day, but still, if you’re in a hurry it’s not a good idea to have a breakfast at Versus. A trash is also missing in the room.

Loved my stay. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and had a positive vibe (they also learned my name on the first day). The healthy breakfast was soooo welcome and a relief. I'm a crossfiter and the gym provided almost all the equipment I'd require to train (except for the rope and the fact that the boxes are a bit smaller than usual, but those are just details). Overall, the hotel is exceptional, one of the best hotels I've ever booked.

The location is very good, nice and safe, nothing to complain about that, but if you like to walk a lot to get to know around your hotel, it will be kinda difficult (but that's not a fault from the hotel itself, just how Medellin is built). So i'd recommend getting an uber-taxi to get around (it's cheap and fast).

The breakfast didn’t taste good , even my girlfriend that live in Medellin didn’t like the food .

The bed was very comfortable, loved the large room and shower. The view was fantastic.

The noise from traffic was very loud, there was cooking utensils but nothing sharp like a knife or scissors and we had to wash everything before we used as the cups, plates and cutlery were not cleaned very well.

The wonderful reception staff! The big gorgeous rooms! The beautiful balconies that have an electrical outlet so you can sit with your laptop and enjoy the view. The huge comfortable bed. The fresh fruit at breakfast (including passion fruit)! The tea infusions. The free coffee on the business floor. The indoor pool. The infrared sauna. The view! This is just a wonderful place to stay.

Honestly, there is nothing I didn’t like about the property. It’s not in the dead center of Poblado, but that is what makes it so peaceful and safe ; you’re a quick Uber ride from anywhere you want to go.

The location was great and comfortable, the service was good, an employee helped us with our luggage when we arrived, very helpful. The view from the balcony was why we booked this hotel, absolutely stunning. The breakfast was amazing, very healthy and high quality products and we got fresh eggs. This was even included in the total price. The room has a steamer, we never had that before. We were very happy overall!

The hall and the room needs a touch-up. There's no ambience, when you arrive in the hall it's very dark and grey. And then the rooms aren't stylish either. The hotel checks all the boxes, except for the decor. Also, there's a mirror in the room that makes you dizzy every time you look in it, it belongs in a fun house. You need another 'normal' mirror in the room when you are 2 persons.

Location is great Pool and sauna Breakfast changed. It's not to order now but it's still very good. Very clean. Housekeeping is very good

Got questioned coming back the 3rd day if my girlfriend who was on reservation was staying there. Then came back down to go outside to grab a rappi delivery and all three workers in reception stared at me with bad looks and the security guy followed me outside. Extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. No apologies given. At breakfast the first day was surprised it changed but was still good. The next 3 days were ignored had to flag down the workers to get a coffee and eggs. While I watched them approach every other table and ask. Again thought was rude. Rest of the staff was good. Housekeeping was really good.

Location, breakfast that was included, and the outstanding staff! From Marlon, Danilo, Camilo, Carlos, and Juan Pablo. They were all excellent, friendly, and wanting to please.

The lack of an exhaust fan made waiting for the one mirror a challenge. The bathroom could also use towel bars that could also be used as safety hand rails. The housekeeping forgot to clean the floor under the bathroom door when it is open. However, I would still recommend this hotel. The room was clean overall and quiet for the most part as it was located across from the elevators. Location is great also. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Beautiful view of the city. It was also wonderful having streaming available for the tv.

The facilities were great and the price was reasonable. As soon as we got there we were warmly welcomed by Fabio who was excellent throughout out 5 nights stay. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. The cleaners were excellent as they made sure the room was cleaned daily with clean towels. Very nice gym and pool. We enjoyed the sauna. The only negative is the style of the shower that causes the entire bathroom to get wet easily.
