The location is nice snd quiet but hard to take a walk. Just too hilly.

Room was big with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, with a food selection that changed daily. Good location. Staff were nice. Food onsite was also good and nice little area to sit.

Only negative was the water temperature in the shower wasn't always consistent, lukewarm at best one day.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, they always were cleaned on a timely fashion. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is located on a hillside, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking to and from the hotel (we always used Uber). This is a disadvantage for someone not having their own transport, or not willing to order a cab/uber.

It's a decent enough hotel overall. Quiet area and away from the main tourist area which is why I originally chose it.

Location feels a bit secluded and it's in a hilly area. Also rules about bringing guests to visit seem draconian. Whilst this is for security it was restrictive for me as a solo traveller. If your in a family or couple it's probably fine and generally catch Ubers. I checked out early and went to an airbnb which offered more freedom and more accessible location Also I'm a light sleeper and the Blackout blinds didn't really work well enough.

The fact that breakfast was included was a great plus for me and my wife.

More hooks in the bathroom. Taxi driver yellow car assume that he could keep the change of $10 cop while the amount was $ 7.600 cop.

one of the receptionist was a bit abrupt. my elderly mother 90 yeas old was visiting us in the hotel and she wanted to see out room. unfortunately she was told she couldn’t go up to the room . I felt uncomfortable in that moment. I understand the hotel has rules but surely a little bit of discretion should apply sometimes.

Beautiful hotel, great jacuzzi and breakfast (outside!) and the best attention

Quiet residential area

Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection to choose from. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and gym was well equipped.
