Everything about the property and staff itself was amazing. Kitchen accommodations were plentiful, housekeeping, kept our rooms clean, and the location is within walking distance of 3 grocery stores, restaurants and two large malls. I couldn’t have asked for for a better place to stay for the amount paid. This property is 3 times less expensive than it’s closest competitor.

Unfortunately, many of the apartments only have ac in the bedrooms. This means it can get a bit hot and stuffy during the day starting around 2pm until after the sun goes down. So, be sure to ask the staff if they have any extra floor fans hanging around to borrow. If not, I’d bring an extra $40 so you can buy a floor fan at the local Falabella or Jumbo.

We liked the building, it has security, it was very close to two malls and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

The workout room needs to be upgraded. No working treadmill or stairmaster and very few weights.

I love EVERYTHING about this place. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They always smile at me and wave as I walk in and the manager takes care of EVERYTHING for me. The rooms are super clean and the cleaners do an INCREDIBLE job. Also, the location is amazing.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 2 friends traveling. It was modern and clean, with some water stocked which was nice. Great showers, comfortable beds, and tvs in each room although we never used them. Value for the money was fantastic, especially splitting between 2 people.

Only minor thing is that the listing mentioned a washer machine and we were excited to do some laundry, but it's just a manual washing station with an old school scrubbing board! We thought it was hilarious but something to note if laundry is important. Also location was ok but not in a walkable area - you'd need to Uber/taxi/drive to get to any neighborhoods for strolling.

it was very clean and the all the staff went above and beyond! The building & all of the amenities were EXCELLENT!!!! The views from all the building at night were awesome to include the gym, sauna, jacuzzi on the 22d Floor! Oviedo and Santa Fe Malls are walking distance and was very safe and supermarkets right next door, loved the location!!!Diana Maria to include all the staff at the restaurant made the stay feel like home. Breakfast was also a huge highlight, Daniel and his staff always made sure we had enough food and coffee. Lunch was also great, kudos to the chefs and all the team who make it extra enjoyable for those who stay there!

The location is excellent however, there is a restaurant/bar half a block away that plays really loud music. This includes a live band and the sound of the traffic at times was also loud. There was a gentleman who stayed in front of our room and brought back some suspicious ladies back to his room for a few days and even though they kept to themselves they gave a bad vibe to the staff and those who stayed there. There was also a dog who kept barking at night and a baby who cried all night. A baby is totally understandable but the dog was a bit much. Maybe next time talk to those who permanently live there to be mindful of those who are on vacation.

We stayed as a couple with an 18 month old and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Location is great for convenient access to local amenities and not too far from El Poblado's good cafe's and restaurants. Rooms ideally sized with everything we required. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The guys at reception really helpful , the technician for support , the cleaners .. i was there for a full month. Everyone play his part very well

Food room service was quite limited. But there are two restaurants in the buildings . its better to walk there. Or order food using a food app if its late night

Can't fault but, of course, these are apartments so hotel 'facilities' don't apply. Therefore, can't really be a 10. Medellin is a funny city (well, to me anyway) in that the centre and, so, location is hard to pinpoint descriptively, The aparthotel is in a nice and safe area though with most facilities nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay due to the level of service I received and the overall quality of accommodations. The receptionist, Yulis, always went out of her way to make sure I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. She made some excellent restaurant and tour recommendations. Overall she had a great attitude and really seemed to enjoy her job. Also, the breakfast was excellent. Not only did everything taste amazing, the service was also top notch.
