Everything! The friendliest staff I’ve ever met. So warm and welcoming. No request is too much. Room was beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious, including an amazing view! Beds were very comfortable. This was our third visit to Colombia, but first time at Four Points by Sheraton. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in Colombia. So many options and everything was delicious. Staff members memorized the favorite drink of each member of my family and served us automatically each morning without requesting, so sweet. Location is perfect, close to Santafé Mall and with a connecting door to the Oviedo Mall. Can’t wait to be back again!

We liked everything, the breakfast, the staff was very kind to us from day 1

The room was oke, maybe you can recheck the room before a check in, in our room, the doorchain was broken, the towel hanger in the bathroom needs to be fixed. They are little things maybe, but although important to keep en eye on. All in all the room was excellent

There were enough fresh fruit and vegetables for breakfast but since we are pure vegetarians there were not much bread available, bread without eggs, the rice and pancakes also had some kind of meat, Location was very good, mall was next door, and all the resturantes were within a short radius. Room was also very nice, even the bathroom was roomy.

Everything about my stay at Four Points was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect from check-in to check-out. The bed was extremely cozy. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch at every moment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

The room was what we needed, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast was very good, enough variety. The hotel is located next to Oviedo Mall and you have direct access to the mall via the hotel. Entering the mall there is a supermarket right in front.

The taxi service used to be much better. This last time there were no taxies outside and we had to wait for one to come. Most of the hotel personal that always made us feel like home the other times that we stayed at this hotel were not there this time, I missed them a lot.

This hotel is very close to two of the biggest malls in el Poblado and many restaurants in the area. The best thing about our stay was the staff, they were extremely helpful and gave us a lot of advice. They also put all of our rooms close to each other. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Rooms were modern and clean. It is also very close to the Olaya Herrera airport which is great if you are taking small regional flights.

The to go breakfast bags could be improved.

Excellent location, 2 commercial malls nearby. The Oviedo Mall can be reached thru the 2nd floor of the hotel, very handy!. The Santa Fe mall is excellent and is just a 8 minutes walk away. Very good breakfast with excellent service. The room (on the 9th floor) is comfortable with comfy beds. Good overall amenities. Very pleasant and helpful Reception Desk associates.

The breakfast room is however very noisy because it is not an enclosed space (open space) and is adjacent to a noisy street with many cars passing by. Ultimately we got used to it, but it remains a nuisance.

We liked everything and especially the entrance from the Hotel to Oviedo Mall was quick and easy. breakfast was super, the location excellent. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the neighborhood.

Well, the fact that I loss 2 items in the room but, was compensated here for. But satisfied.

Location was great and connection to the mall

The lobby order 4 taxi for a group of 12 to go tour La Comuña 13. Everyone in my group paid between 23,000-25,000 pesos and my taxi driver charge me 63,000 and didn’t even drop me off at the exact location. I came back to hotel complaint about it and they were going to report the driver to the taxi company and their security was going to look into it. I never heard back from the hotel lobby or the outcome of the situation.

Medellin is a beautiful city and the staff at four points made exploring it easy. They went out of their way to help. Located in a very safe and walkable area.

They made us book two rooms on booking for four people when one was big enough to accommodate everyone. Fortunately they allowed us to check out of one room after a night and pay about $10 for an extra guest in one room which was a lot cheaper and because the additional guest was a child, we felt a lot safet. It lacked the "luster" that a lot of four points properties around the world have. Breakfast was ok.
