Staff was amazingly friendly and willing to help. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, even though the hotel is right next to a busy street. Room service options were good, breakfast buffet was quite good as well.

The heated pool was not as warm as expected. Still pretty comfortable considering the temperature in poblado. This is a personal preference though.

The breakfast was amazing. More food choices than i imagined. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife was more comfortable than I have seen her in a long time and that was worth every penny.

The pool and bar area was small but comfortable and fun to be around. The beds were soft and the blankets were heavy enough. To stay in such a hotel for the price was nice. I would definitely return for a longer stay.

The best you can get, I love everything about this place, people, service and atmosphere, very relaxing, excellent breakfast every single morning, there’s nothing wrong with this hotel, I will be back every time I come back to the city 👌🏽

The location is amazing, it’s a great place to stay, there are a lot of places to go to and grab something to eat. I just love where it is.

I’ve stayed at another Estelar property which had a better gym, the thread mill here wasn’t working and some of the weight machines had issues.

The hotel is very very nice! It's new, very comfortable, elegant and super clean. The rooftop on the 16th floor is very cool with a nice swimming pool, gym, spa, and bar and has a nice view over the city. The location is awesome as it is across the the Santa Fe shopping center, walking distance from the Oviedo shopping center, close to many other restaurants, and a short taxi ride away from Provenza. The breakfast was wonderful as well, the variety is good! The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, especially Vanessa was very helpful to us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time we visit Medellin again, we will for sure be staying here again!

As I was disappointed in other Hotel I decided to change my hotel to these Hotel it was extremely beautiful hotel very clean stuff very friendly from first minute from the doorman to the reception and as on the second day after work he was very rainy day I was hungry I could not use my phone to any app that I can order food and the Beautiful stuff have tried to help me use their phone to order food while I was there and then I made the manager and we had a chat and I could not expect any better service and I had chole it's absolutely amazing allocation opposite a mole close quiet and the main thing is stuff for a great Hotel was clean everyone was respected and helpful, a special thanks to Mr. Diego Gomez and his staff Vanessa Victor y Daimler I really appreciate all the help that was given to me and be nice to me and appreciate your service guys and thanks for your time and I look forward to seeing you again hopefully toward the end of the year Sam and Barkho

The hotel is located in a convenient location, breakfast was delicious, as well as the service provided at the restaurant

The hotel needs to improve the small details, in the pool area it was dirty dishes for more than an hour, the waitress and bar tender passed by and didn’t pick it up, in the 12 floor there were the same dirty dishes for 3 following days, and no one picked them out, the window of my room was dirty from the previous guest and house keepers didn’t clean it, finally we run out of hair conditioner and despite we called 2 times to front desk it took them 2 days to get them refilled

Bed is comfy and clean. Views are nice. Roof top with pool and dining bar have 360° view to the city and the mountains. DJs at the weekend. Some of the staff is great and professional. The rest seems a bit bored and is not giving great service.

I ordered food from the room service and got it after 1h30. The floor of the room was not necessarily clean after the clean up. Cannot open windows. Breakfast room is a bit small.
