Great price for the quality of the hotel. Although the variety offer of the breakfast is not the widest, the quality made up for it. The restaurant staff was very nice and kind, helpful every time. The hotel is located at a very very convenient place, Poblado: shops 2-3mins nearby, pharmacy just round the corner. The famous colombian restaurant "Andrés Carne de Res" is just at a 3min walk. I was very surprised for the price vs quality.

I'm a very active person so I'm always in need of sporting equipment: the gym has only 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 bench, a couple dumbbells and your well-known multi-function pec machine. Although I'm asking a bit much, for the price, which is nice already, I'd expect a bit more.

The location is perfect. There is an entrance to Oviedo mall and it's a 5 minutes walk from Santa Fe mall. Right in the heart of El Poblado. The room is clean and the service is great. There is a nice bar on the 15th floor with an amazing view. Breakfast was great. Staff is very helpful and will do everything to assist you. One of them (Anderson) even helped me get tickets to two football matches - and it was an amazing experience for me (really made my trip).

The bed and comforter is very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is casual, but the food is good. Breakfast has a smorgasbord of options, breads, fruits, eggs, colombian specialties and a cook who prepares scrambled eggs and omelettes on the spot. Dinner menu is reasonable and expansive. There is a patio on the 15th floor with a wide view of the city where after 5 PM you can have a glass of wine or cocktail, or even order from the restaurant menu.

My room had not much of a view - looking out at neighboring buildings and down to a swimming pool and kids' play structure.

Room was clean and had everything needed (robes, courtesy water, safe, desk). The man at reception who helped with luggage was very friendly. Room service was convenient to order via a QR code. They have a bar at the 15th floor with really amazing views. El Poblado is a nice area to stay at with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Minibar charges when I didn't use anything (similar to every other hotel in Colombia I stayed at). I had the bad luck that the hotel next door had a party and it was so loud with their music. They stopped at night, but still it wasn't great. Hotel offered me another room but since they are all on the same side of the hotel it wouldn't have made a difference. The service at breakfast was very inconsistent. One day they would ask three times if I wanted coffee, another day nobody came to offer coffee (you can't get it yourself). They are busy chatting and ignore you, and then are upset that you didn't wait 10 minutes at the breakfast entrance to give your room number. They also need to expand their beverage options with only black tea or coffee (no decaf/herbal/green teas).

The Hotel is amazing. The rooms are extremely clean, everything seems new, huge space, and have everything you need to feel comfortable and be there for a short stance or like I did for three weeks. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, they are willing to you help you find everything you need. The breakfast has many options and is delicious. I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend it.

Just to say something maybe they could clean or change the carpet in the halls. But it was not a big issue

Only 1 complained is that my grandson is 3 years He is severe asthmatic and cannot be having breakfast with crowded guest so we preferred to bring him 2 small sizes of watermelon and 1 piece of bread and 1 boiled egg. But the manager on duty a gentleman said is not allowed to bring it to the room where he stayed with his father. So when we finish breakfast we took him to the oviedo mall to get a little breakfast. We were 3 adults and 1 child but for the rest the service was excellent. And please reconsider that desicion about a minor.

Exceptionally clean, great restaurant, nice lobby, fabulous location

Wifi is weak and drops in the rooms. In fact, it is so terrible I had to go to Tigo and buy a mobile hotspot so that I could have a signal in the hotel room.

Outstanding and professional staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect.

I stayed in a "Deluxe Suite" and it was considerably smaller than what I expected. I am willing to challenge their 500 square feet measurement claim. It was clearly smaller than that. That was the ONLY reason why I didn't extend my reservation. Breakfast ends at 10:30 AM but workers start taking things down 30 minutes before breakfast time ends. I had to make sure I was there no later than 9:30 AM to be able to have all of the breakfast food choices.

Very nice staff. One of the employee Jhon very nice person, and also that he can speak some words in Papiamento. This is not my first time at Novelty Suites I with family is the 4th time. Like this Hotel very much, room clean, the breakfast very good, and Juliette very attent. I highly recommend Novelty Suites.

The staff were very nice, and friendly specially Juan at reception and Hon. Juan went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. location was good, very safe, near two malls ,it was 20 min walk to el poblado busy area( restaurants and bars) but very safe walk Room was very clean Breakfast was ok
