The room was spacious and clean. There is a mall right across the road and there is a grocery next to it very convenient. The breakfast was OK but can be more creative. Make sure you have all your documents in place if you are traveling with kids to proof it's your child/parent approved documents!

The service response was laking it took 2 days before they put the tv signal to work in one room, the other room in the apartment had connection.

Rooms were clean and comfy, great amenities Gym facilities were adequate and huge plus for a jacuzzi and sauna

A laundry room would go a long way to making this better for extended stays of 5 days or more Location is close to a mall but nothing else within a kilometer You need a taxi to get to most restaurants

It was amazing. Front desk were super nice, friendly and helpful. Especially Luisa! The kitchen staff as well. Very attentive. Location was great! A walk across to the mall. And right next to a 24hr super market.

It has a nice view, clean, quite and comfortable. The location of this place is super b for us, its walking distance to mall, food chains and fresh market. Breakfast is fine.

The floor in the shower area when gets wet is super slipery, my son slip and doesn't want to use the shower anymore.

Breakfast became a bit boring after a while, but is consistent. There could be more vegetables. I was able to eat vegetables only two times in 14 days, but there is always fresh fruit.

The rooms are quite dark, and I had to put pillows in the kitchen window so that the light of the room across wasn't shining in my room.

The location was perfect, we had a supermarket 24 hours in front and also a Mall and a lot of restaurants.

The room had a portable AC and the big is really big (it doesnt show in the photos about this) we make a complaint and they change to a room that had an AC for all the room.

I liked the location and staff

I didn’t like that it was wrongly advertised! When i looked at the pictures in booking they showed something different to what i got. I talked about this with the hotel but they said it was Booking’s responsibility to fix the pictures.

Elevator does not ring when it arrives on the floors and we missed the elevator many times

In walking distance to several malls and many coffee shops. Breakfast every morning was great!

We did not have a balcony. It was pretty loud at night due to being on a busy street.

The room was super clean. Everything inside the Apartment was perfect, super comfort bed( many pillows and nice sheets) enough space through the apartment.

Is was good breakfast, but have the same all day. We have been for 6 days. They need to included other things, don't be repetitive.
