The location was very close to the airport, and the shuttle did run every 30 minutes or so to go.

The air conditioner was not working, and had a label on it that it was broken - implying it was not a temporary issue. Was unable to use it as a fan too, was a bit disappointed, picked this hotel specifically for it.

The hotel was super nice. The location was perfect. The rooms were nice and modern. The hotel had a modern simple vibe. Would definitly return. Comfortable beds. Not noisy at all at night. Steps away from 2 big shopping malls.

We were staying in a weekend where the city was crowded more than ever and everything was excellent with the hotel

Breakfast awesome! Location awesome! Staff, unfriendly and unhelpful. Facilities are modern, well kept, a hidden and under spoken jewel. The property is a solid three star facility with better staff attitudes, furniture, and business facilities like conference rooms, easy printer access, and small meeting rooms, a nicer gym, all day service restaurant, could become a solid four star hotel.

The staff. The staff. The management. The staff are unfriendly and seem not to want to help patrons. They seem to skirt the edges of what it means to rude without actually stating that they don't want to be bothered with patrons.

My room was on the 16th floor (even number) and I had a great view of the sunset. Breakfast was pretty good.

The staff didn't speak much English, although they were very nice and helpful.
