I really enjoyed my stay. The room size was excellent and the cleaning staff ensured the rooms were clean every morning. The beds are a bit too firm for me but I still sleep relatively well. There is a mini-bar in the room that contains various snacks and drinks and although they are not included in the room rate, the prices are reasonable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The buffet include cereals, omelets made to order, breads, waffles, coffee, juices, and more.

The one thing I hated about the room is something that, unfortunately, the hotel can not do anything about. Someone who lives close by has a rooster and the roosters crows all night (1am, 2am, 3am, etc.). Seriously. If sleep is something that you value over the price you pay for a room, I would seriously consider choosing another hotel. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head to drown out the crowing. Also, the hotel is not exactly off a main road (Carrerra 43) soo you'll have to walk up/down a slight incline for a few minutes and then a few more minutes down the road if you want to go to the closest restaurants/drug stores.

The breakfast consisted of fix items such as fruits, breads, pastries, and items that were changed every day, such as soups and snacks. The restaurant personnel were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and was well cleaned. I like the location. Very close to Avenida Poblado, but still no nuisance from the heavy traffic.

I like everything about this hotel. Check-in and Check-out process was efficient. The reception personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. They make us feel at home far away from home.

I loved the location, the staff, and the hospitality provided! There was nothing more that I would have changed.

The safety box in my room could have been examined prior to getting the keys. The safety box needed some battery changes and I had to wait 20 minutes to get them changed. It wasn't a big deal, but simply bringing this up to ensure that the first entrance is smooth. Additionally, I had some clothes washed by the laundry. I was told that the clothes would be left into my room. I spent a day outside and had to call the front desk to have my clothes delivered to my room. Maybe there was a misunderstanding, but thought I should bring this up.

The location is very good. You can walk to various shops and restaurants. Also, the Uber takes you everywhere if it is slightly further away. I recommend using Uber also for coming into and leaving Medellin airport. The breakfast was good, except for the coffee.

The coffee was not very good. I thought Colombia, as a coffee producer, would know its coffee, but the hotel's coffee was not it. Fortunately, the juices made up for it, and a good coffee place after breakfast was a walking distance away, and we did our morning walk every day, LOL.

The location was perfect. Super close to A LOT of restaurants, malls and attractions (Provenza is definitely one). The area is super safe. The staff was amazing, very kind and educated. The room had a great distribution, it even has a little kitchen, in case you want to cook your own stuff and our view was directly to the main Poblado avenue.

The entrance is a bit tricky for cars because is a dead end street and sometimes there were 2 or 3 cars waiting outside which made it difficult to turn around. Not the end of world though.

This property has exceeded my expectations, as I went to Colombia with very little but with an open mind...which I always say every guest experience is different and never let any negative review deter you from what could be an amazing lovely holiday. Though it was a short stay, the memory of Medellin would stay with me for awhile, and it's mainly due to this hotel...clean and comfortable room, nice big bed and comfortable linens, lovely bathroom nicely appointed with complimentary amenities, the kitchen was immaculately clean and laid out with stainless steel appliances and living area had a nice Zen feeling in the suite, it comes with a mini bar and snacks for a small fee This property was definitely value for money and well maintained and could be comparable to any five star hotel, it's location is ideal to many restaurants/bars and cater to various budgets, pharmacy, cafés, Parque el poblado all within walking distance...from taxis to uber all conveniently within reach to and from hotel I felt safe moving around in the area as a solo traveler, and never felt threatened, the staff could be a little friendlier on check-in, but was helpful with any requests and give suggestions...Jean Pierre was probably the only one that I felt some level of comfort as my Spanish was so bad and he assisted wherever possible I highly recommend Leblon Suites Hotel to any one looking for value, comfort, and five star amenities in the Poblado area.

Absolutely nothing, not one complaint, and that is new for someone who is highly critical of accommodations.

The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, Smart Fit Gym and the Santa Fe Mall. For groceries you may want to take Uber to Cruellas less than 1 mile away. Hotel breakfast is great if you include this option and the staff cleans your room daily. Parking is provided if you rent a vehicle or motor scooter. Very quiet at night which is a plus. Scotia Bank is very close to hotel and walkable.

The breakfast was amazing and changed every day which was nice since we had a longer stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and had great recommendations for the area and helped us with whatever we needed. It was also in a great location near where a lot of group tours let out of which we joined for a few days so it was nice to be able to walk home at night and know our hotel was nearby. The rooms were great and had an apartment feel to them so you had a kitchen. The room service was reasonably priced and the menu was extensive. Had a great time!

Very quiet and a safe location.

The staff is caring but needs to be a little more practical and professional. We reached the hotel at 2 p.m., and the staff was adamant about not getting into the room before 3 p.m. (the formal check-in time), though there were many vacant rooms. The management should have at least one person who understands English for its foreign guests.

The facilities within the room, the staff and the room service were fantastic. The location was also very good!

Not so many choices in the breakfast buffet and the hotel didn't have much facilities (outside the room). The treadmill in the gym was not working. Not so many choices in the gym, which was dissapointing.
