I recently stayed at Muuk Hotel in Medellín and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to David, a member of the staff. From the moment I arrived, David went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. He was incredibly attentive, always anticipating my needs before I even asked. Whether it was offering helpful local recommendations, ensuring my room was perfectly set up, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, David made me feel like a valued guest. His warm and friendly demeanor made all the difference, and he created such a welcoming atmosphere. Mateo was another fabulous member of the staff. Helpful and professional, thank you. It’s clear David takes great pride in his work, and his commitment to excellent service is unmatched. He truly elevated my stay, and I can’t thank him enough for his efforts. If you’re visiting Medellín, I highly recommend this hotel—especially if you have the pleasure of meeting David. He’s a gem! I’ll definitely be returning, and David’s exceptional service is a big reason why!

The location is awesome. It is walking distance from Oviedo Shopping Center and tons of restaurants.. The staff was very polite and willing to assist you. They even help you to book the taxi for pick-up/drop-off. The room was clean. AC was a up and running.. The breakfast was fine.

There are several Internet networks. So if you move from one area to another, you may lose connection as a new network and password are needed. That said, the staff gave me all the Internet networks and passwords when I checked-in.

Before I even got to the place I received necessary information such as how to get there from the bus terminal ( with several options! ) via WhatsApp. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When I checked in I was assigned I room I didn’t like so much ( next to front desk and street which has got little traffic though ) and they changed it to another room in the back which I liked much better. Internet works great( though different passwords for different areas ). They have Netflix ( I didn’t use )! The room got everything you need for a short stay, nice interior modern design, lookout to a small back yard with plants . Great quiet aircon. Muuk is in a great location. Quiet side street , walking distance to great restaurants in Poblado. For being in a big city such as Medellin the perfect choice! Muchas gracias por todo !

Maybe there could be a little shelf in the bathroom to put toiletry.

Beautiful plants and amazing complimentary breakfast. The staff was incredible and so responsive via WhatsApp.

1. I wish they changed our bathroom garbage everyday 2. I wish they gave us fresh towels everyday (we had to ask for both of these things - which is ok but I would’ve preferred to not ask!) 3. There’s no shower door in the bathroom so you will get the entire bathroom soaking wet.

Location is great. Nice neighborhood very close to Santa Fe mall and numerous restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good, although there are not many options to choose from. The room is clean and the beds are great. We loved having multiple pillows to choose from ( soft of firm).

The walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbours taking a shower and flushing.

The location and the staff were great. The vegetation makes the place beautiful and relaxing.

It’s very noisy you can hear everything that’s happening outside your room. But if you’re planning to get up early and leave it’s fine. The shower didn’t warm up enough the water was always low.

Location was prime, place sparkling clean and staff was really nice and helpful the whole time.

This is specific to the room i got, nothing to do with the hotel, staff or the service, but there was a LOT of noise coming from the street as i was in the room right in the first floor by the street, i woke at least 4 times because of bikes and cars going by.

We felt totally at ease. The staff were all so friendly, helpful. The location is great with some eateries nearby. Lovely, intimate atmosphere.

The room we had was fairly small (we knew that before we booked) but for a couple of nights, being a bit organised with packing, it's a sweet hotel at a very good price

I have traveled to Medellín many times and this has been the best accommodation. It is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The attention of David and the other guys is excellent, they make you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness a 10 out of 10.

Overall all good, but if you plan to do some work, the room itself has no desk or chair. There are some chairs and desks throughout the hotel that can be used.
