Everything, The apartment was spotless. Close to two malls. A supermarket in front of the building. Great helpful staff.

Everything was great. The breakfast takes some getting used to, seeing it consisted of eggs every single day. They try to mix up the protein. The fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice are a plus.

My family and I had a 10-night stay at the Alcázar de Oviedo by EE Hoteles. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and I was impressed with how clean the apartment and general premises were. The hotel is ideally located, right in front of Oviedo Mall, which offers a supermarket, Western Union money exchange, restaurants, and many shops. The sofa bed in the living room, which my six-year-old son slept on, was very comfortable.

The main issue for me was the bed in our room. It was quite hard and uncomfortable, and I had difficulty falling asleep and woke up with body aches each morning. While my husband did not mind the firm mattress, it personally affected my sleep.

We loved the space in the apartment and it had incredible views across the city. We had the one bedroom apartment which came with a sofa bed and two bathrooms (a bathroom each was a treat!). The staff made up with sofa bed with a mattress and bedding when we arrived. There is a full kitchen and washing machine which we found very useful. It’s in a great location - right next to two big shopping malls with lots of restaurants and a great grocery store directly across the street. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Poblado Park but it’s a lovely walk along a leafy, shaded street with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way. We found it to be great value for money.

It would have been better to have another aircon unit in the living room area rather than just a fan. Breakfast was very basic and if there were a lot of people in the dining room then the food ran out quickly. The ladies would bring out about 3 pancakes at a time which would be gone in seconds. Also the hot food was always meat - even the eggs and the plantains had meat in them. It would be nice to have an option with no meat for vegetarians or just to have an extra dish and separate them.

We love the location, especially because we are surrounded by malls and amazing dining facilities. Supermarket just in close proximity. Our autistic son just loves the building and being able to go to the playground inside the mall accross the street.

The breakfast is great for the average person that has no food limitations or food restrictions but doesn't offer flexibility in requesting a simple toasted sandwich with cheese for our son. I don't think it's the kitchen problem but the openmindedness of the personnel. All by all we managed due to the fact that the apartment has a full equipped kitchen so we made breakfast for him before heading downstairs.

Absolutely loved the location, and style of the apartment. Breakfast was more than we expected, and was tasty. Server was outstanding and attentive. We had the best service when when worked, but she was off 2 days and the service was just okay. I don't remember her name, but I have never experienced service like this from a breakfast included hotel. From door man through out all staff friendly, attentive, incredible!

Cleaning the room could have been better, but when we requested we got only what we asked for, no going beyond what was needed. Unfortunately we did find 4 roaches in the bathroom, and the issue was not addressed as requested. This was not a problem or deal breaker. Would return again

The building is in a safe and green neighborhood and the unit was updated and had all of the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. A great benefit is having a large mall outside the front entry; there are dozens of food options. The breakfast was acceptable, and included hot and cold options. The stars staff will store luggage for an early arrival or post-checkout. As is common in Medellín, the area is quite hilly. A taxi or Uber can be useful for most local attractions but the Metro station is also not far.

Everything was satisfactory.

We had a great time while visiting Medellin with my wife, this was the first visit and we felt at home. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, Eliana was very and their team mates served a good breakfast. The location is awesome, you can simply cross the street and you will have restaurants, groceries even a movie theater. If you need to move around, you may use Uber and depending where you go it may take you a few minutes. Provenza is relatively close. The apartment has a mini kitchen where you can cook meals, there is a wash machine that can help you get your stuff cleaned. Overall a great experience.

Maybe more days to stay and explore the city, nothing bad really.

The location of the property is perfect, and the room was clean, with all the necessary equipment provided.

They should improve their window insulation. Our apartment was on the 10th floor, but the street noise on Saturday night was loud enough to keep us awake. Another issue was the air conditioner condenser unit, which was located directly under the bedroom window and separated from the room only by a thin wooden cabinet door. As a result, both the street and mechanical noise were clearly audible inside the bedroom.

I loved the location, the helpfulness of the staff, apartment size, view, cleanliness. Everything was exceeding our expectation. We had a slight misalignment on the apartment description on booking.com and the actual unit allocated to it but the staff was very understanding and changed our room the next morning.

I liked that the facility is offering breakfast and it was of great convenience but it would have been perfect if there was atleast one vegetarian option in the main dish. Ours is a vegetarian family and we could only eat bread, fruits or cookies. I understand it is not a norm in this part of the world but we found atleast one option like beans, mushrooms or tofu at majorities places where we stayed in Colombia , so that lack of it was felt at this hotel.

The staff was very kind and attentive and made sure to fix any issues we may have had during our stay

Nothing. There were some issues with the AC but like I stated, they made sure to accomodate and fix the necessity according to our needs even giving us a complementary coupon to one of their restaurants to mend any discomfort or issues we may have had.
