Excellent Service from the day shift hotel staff and everyone was amazing

The tall man that helped us out on the early morning of Saturday the 1st around 5:30am was extremely rude we were coming from a long trip and he was not helpful and he mean mugged us at any chance, we were very polite and said hello at multiple times and he just ignored us

The breakfast was fabulous. The room very clean. The location was very nice and quiet. Prime location near Santa Fe mall. The front desk very helpful.

A pool and a jacuzzi where the only thing missing.

The Hotel is on a quiet street but relatively within walking distance or a short cab ride away from most of the Hotspots in El Poblado. The suite was comfortable and with decent amount of space.

Breakfast was average and not a lot of options. One of the mornings I was there eggs were cold.

Location, cleanliness, hospitality and breakfast included. Elevators were fast and never crowded.

Lobby too small and sometimes there was nobody at the bar and had to wait a long time.

Great location, excellent staff and very clean.

The elevators had programmed maintenance which extended 2 extra days than what they had programmed which made it excruciating since I was in the 10th floor. Both elevators were getting service done at the same time.

All the staff were great. Breakfast buffet was perfect, with a friendly solicitous staff serving coffee.

Restaurant would not charge dinner to my room. I asked front desk for location locally of a bookstore. No effort was made to find one which I knew was not far away.

The hotel location is wonderful. The breakfast is ok and the staff was nice. It has a little nice bar.

The rooms and beds are too small.

Comfortable bed. Great pillows. Spacious bathroom, with very hot water and a actual exhaust fan. Good lighting. Quiet. I used the fitness facilities and for a smaller setup, they were just fine. This wasn't a planned stay but I was having all sorts of problems with AirbNb reservations and needed a safe, quiet place to stay that would be easy to get around town.

Is the 2nd time that I stay in this hotel. I love it. Perfect location. The room,the staff and the breakfast is excelent. Thank you!
