The Location and Service is awesome. The view the city is super beautiful. The spa. Service in the restaurant. The breakfast is very delicious

My vacation is over. I didn't want to come

The hotel is greatley located, it's clean and new, the staff is amazing, the breakfast buffet is top notch, the spa facilities are wonderful, the room was spacious, bright, the bed was comfortable and the shower was spectacular.

This is really nip picking but I wish there was a coffee machine in the room, the jacuzzi in the spa never got really hot and the call button for the parking area never worked, but again these were really minor things compared to the fantastic service if the staff and the overall hotel itself.

This hotel impressed with its fresh and modern feel. The welcoming lobby offered a refreshing non-alcoholic drink upon check-in, setting a positive tone for the stay. Spacious Comfort: Rooms were clean and boasted very comfortable beds. The bathroom featured a powerful rain shower, a delightful perk after a long day exploring. Importantly, the rooms were remarkably quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Delicious Start & City Views: The breakfast buffet offered a rotating variety of hot and cold options throughout our stay. Guests could also enjoy made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit, yogurt, and bread. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. A highlight was the outdoor seating area for breakfast, offering stunning city views. Culinary Delights & Convenient Location: We dined at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and were impressed by the menu options and delicious food. While not crucial for everyone, the hotel is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk from a metro station. We found the metro system easy to navigate, providing quick access to Poblado (one stop away) and Parque Barrio (a few stops away). The Santa Fe mall, located directly behind the hotel, offered a grocery store and various shops for any forgotten necessities. Overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay with delicious dining options and a convenient location near the metro.

While the hotel offered many conveniences, there were a couple of minor drawbacks to consider. Coffee in the Room: A coffee maker in the room would have been a welcome amenity, especially for those who enjoy a cup before heading down to breakfast. Location: Although situated in the Poblado area, the hotel is about 20 minutes from the bustling core of the neighborhood. This may not be ideal for travelers seeking the heart of the action. However, the quieter location offered a peaceful retreat after a night out, and we found it perfectly safe to return late at night. Limited Nearby Amenities: The immediate vicinity lacked convenience stores or shops for grabbing snacks or drinks. Guests would need to plan ahead or utilize the nearby Santa Fe mall.

The accommodation was extremely nice and we we booked one of the larger rooms the beds were tremendously comfortable and very clean The restaurant and breakfast is served on the 15 floor with a panoramic open air seating area with views of the city The staff were all very helpful especially a young trainee waiter Simon in the breakfast staff who went out he way to serve and help us

All good maybe the same issue as we experienced in Hotels recently lack of complimentary bottles of water .

I loved the service it was warm and on point, the staff was lovely and would go above and beyond for their guests. The buffet for breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The room was comfortable and modern. The concierge is specially caring for the guests at night. The location is great close to a main road for access, shopping centres and the metro.

I had food poisoning (not from the hotel food) and the staff at the desk checked up on me to see of I was okay which was nice of them. The cleaning staff were lovely. The hotel was in good nick. Overall, it's hard to fault this place.

I could hear folk in the corridor in the morning time so maybe the doors could be insulated more but minor gripe. The breakfast was good but didn't blow me away. But that's a minor gripe.

The staff especially the restaurant staff was attentive efficient and helpful. Kudos to the chef for the food was great. The gym was an excellent facility with more than I’ve ever seen at any hotel. The king suite was as advertised great city view and plenty of room for business and pleasure. I highly recommend staying at Faranda Collection Medellín.

Brand new hotel. Very comfortable room, with all the amenities and technology, toiletries from Loto del Sur, a very good local brand. On the small side though. Breakfast is very good in the 15th floor with a terrace and 365 views to Medellin and the mountains. I arrived late at night and despite the restaurant was closing in 4 minutes they took my order and served dinner.

Noise isolation is not very good. I could hear my room neighbors conversations.

The location is great. the views are amazing . The food is healthy and good. I will come back and the service is great. I randomly found this hotel and I’m happy I did.

Everyone was pleasantly friendly . I have zero complaints .

Location of hotel, rooftop, the hotel seems new, co-working vibes. Wellness facilities. Breakfast on the rooftop. Welcome drink on arrival is a nice touch.

Location of our bedroom just opposite the lift, we could hear everything coming from the corridor. Missing a kettle in the bedroom but they do have hot water at disposal in the lobby.
