Loved everything about this place, the room was beautiful, had everything you needed in the kitchen, lovely garden deck area in the one I stayed. It could have done with a couple cups to drink coffee in the morning and a sponge in the kitchen. Everything else was great! Felt safe and secure. If you spend time in the garden you’ll see loads of different types of little birds and red squirrels.

The smart tv didn’t work as the internet connection in my place was really bad and it can only work on internet. I had no wifi. I did speak to hotel staff but nothing was resolved whilst I stayed there.

I truly loved the entry of the hotel. You walk in to a cafe area where you enjoy your breakfast. It’s surrounded by greenery and they play beautiful music. I woke every morning and went down to enjoy coffee and the ambiance. I got the king suite. So there was plenty of room. The staff were very nice and helpful. And the location was great. Walking distance to all the action in Provenza and Manila.

The mattresses were too hard for us, but my friend staying in another room was very happy.

Staff and hotel policies were exceptional, for a three night stay, there were quite a lot of goodies. The hotel is still new, stylishly deaigned, and even if there's an event you won't hear much of it.

It's a little on the edge of zona rosa but still can get quite noisy during party nights. Also, the walk to zona rosa is a little difficult: You either have to take a detour or cross a four lane road without pedestrian crossings (not that Colombian drivers would mind them) or traffic lights.

All good, great localisation for exploring the city, clean rooms, great breakfast, kind staff

Snacks were put without any price tag or anything on our kitchen table and we were charged for them a big sum of money. Preservatives in the room give out a bad vibe to the hotel. Laundry was clean but full of hair which wasn’t nice.

Breakfast here was awesome. Never repeated for the over a week we were there, and they were all delicious. The location is good in that it is near a grocery store, but it is tucked away in a corner that has a fairly loud bar and an area that has trash. Never had any issues though, so would stay again.

There were sugar ants in our room which was a little annoying, but nothing terrible. The bar next door definitely was noticeable, but that's part of the vibe.

Great location, very good breakfast included, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Friendly staff. Wonderful place to stay

Only downside was very repetitive loud beeping sounds echoing through the halls, not from the lift but from something else, unsure what. Could hear it clearly from inside the room. Everything else was lovely

The location was perfect, not too close to the noise; we could sleep very well at night. The staff was very friendly. I loved that it was my boyfriend's birthday the day we checked in and that they noticed without me telling them anything. He received a very thoughtful message and a piece of cake. Besides that, the breakfast was also great!

It’s a very nice, clean, and safe property in a centrally located area of El Poblado. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The cafe in the lobby was very convenient. It was also very convenient that much of the staff could speak some English. Danna and Sebastian in particular were great and very helpful, offering assistance and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was helpful and patient. The hotel was set back a bit from the road, so it was close to things but not too close. There’s a grocery store nearby that’s good to grab stuff from. Probably 15 minute walk to the metro station and only a few minutes from the bars and restaurants of Poblado.

The bed was larger than a king size, the tv was a 55 inch screen size, the en suite shower was powerful with a great water temperature, the kitchen had enough equipment and the room safe was very easy to use.

The hotel is brand new (2 months) and was still unfinished outside with the entrance hidden from the street view. All the members of staff are very young and need more training in customer service skills. No iron or hair dryer in the room.
