The location is perfect nestled in a quiet street yet just a stone's throw away from a plethora of fantastic restaurants. Our room was a delight, featuring a lovely balcony that offered a serene spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The design of the hotel is simply stunning, blending modern aesthetics with cozy comfort. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. A special shoutout to Stiven, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His dedication and friendliness made a lasting impression on us.

Totally ideal hotel. MASSIVE and pristine bed. Huge clean spacious rooms with cosy lighting. Very hot large showers. Highly recommended. Classy “hip” colours and cool relaxed decor. Tucked away from the busy main streets and with internal windows only (facing onto a leafy green courtyard) it is the quietest stay possible. Certainly the best sleep we have had in Colombia! Really lovely and helpful staff. Free coffee/water at reception is a great touch. We chose to have breakfast (51000COP [£10]) on the last day and it had an excellent selection (buffet) of Colombian and international cuisine, including beautiful fruit. On the other days we grabbed coffee (7000COP) locally and empanadas (3000COP [£0.80]) on the street.

Not a problem for us, but note that there are no external windows.

This hotel was really nice. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, they didn't even mind me using my not great Spanish but jumped into English when I got stuck. They made some great recommendations, this was halfway through my trip and they recommended a great laundry a block or two away (Todo Limpio) who did a great job, in addition to other recommendations. The location was really good, I was able to get to the metro, local restaurants these types of places with no problems. Medellin was great and this hotel sure helped me enjoy it.

Great location, many many restaurants in the area. Hot showers. Good wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English. Breakfast was good.

Room 501 is next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down. Water noise from other rooms was very loud in the pipes in our room. Floor 6 is restaurant floor and noise came down into our room. Too dark in the hotel for my wife but I found it ok. Coffee, milk, and hot water not out for people to self serve for breakfast, always had to ask staff each time making us wait. Should be put out for self serve.

Love the properties, it’s near a lot of amazing food places. The room are very beautiful, the staff at the restaurant are amazing, our bartenders was so nice to recommend excellent food to pair with our drinks. Our host at reception was incredibly they went above an beyond as making sure I was safe, helping me called for a taxi, making sure I understand how to find my way around the town. 3 of the host was amazing Luisa, Juan Jose and another gentleman that work in the morning are what makes this establishment stands out, they are well manners, and extremely respectful.

Nothing honestly, I stay with my dog and my brother and we love the hotel.

Location is excellent! Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife. Check-in was very easy and fast. Front desk and restaurant staff very nice and helpful with all requests. Karolin at front desk was very professional and her customer service outstanding! Comfortable bed, spacious room, ample bathroom and shower. I travel between work and leisure at least 14 times per year. This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations and the staff made me feel like home. Kudos to everyone!

Everything was excellent. Staff, service, location, room were exceptional. Something that stands out in the hotel for me particularly is its architecture. One of the bests I’ve seen so far seriously. Highly recommend it.

I could not travel to one of the tours the hotel offers because I did not book it on time. Of course that’s my fault and it’s on me totally for being partying around lol. So as a suggestion if you wanna travel to any of the hotel tours BOOK YOUR TRIP ON TIME ;)

The best are the staff. They are good and understanding. Attention to things: I needed to get some clothes fit climate of Medellin. They helped me. Next is the location. It is very central. You gret to step outside and be in the middle of it all. In the morning it is calm and lots places. In mid day it is more alive; at night plenty of disco and bars. At almost 65 I am still able to enjoy a table at a bar :-)

THE ROOM WAS BROAD, CLEAN AND ARTISTIC AND WELL ILLUMINATED NO BREAKFAST BUT THERE ARE LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AROUND THE LOCATION IS VERY PRIME; 3 BLOCKS UP IS PROVENZA AND 3 DOWN IS EL POBLADO, WHERE I WENT TO CHURCH AND TOOK MY TOURS

PARQUE LLERAS IS ONE BLOCK UP WHICH WOULD BE CONVENIERNT FOR SOME BUT TO ME IS THE UNDERWORLD I DONT REALLY HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS
