AMAZING hotel! It is so clean and modern. I was travelling solo, but the room may be a little small for two people. The decor was really nice, the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed having SMASH restaurant connected to the hotel - so convenient! The coffee/tea/water available 24 hr was appreciated. Being able to use the laundry (free of cost) was SUPER convenient, also. The roof top with pool/hot tub had amazing views. I used the gym twice. It had enough equipment for a good workout. The neighbourhood is safe and very close to the metro. El Poblado station is about a 10-12 minute walk. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The staff was friendly and available 24/7. One of the best hotels I stayed at in Colombia!

Loved everything!

Amazing breakfast and meals options at Smash. I had many meals there, super healthy and tasty food at a very affordable price with staff very amicable. Outdoor spaces are great especially on the groundfloor area. The rooftop is way smaller than shown on the pics so I didn't make use of it as I expected. The gym is also smaller but has equipements not often found in gyms like a barbell and kettlbells, I made great use of it. I like the water fountain in the room and the one in the lobby which was like a detox water style. The free coffee and tea station also in the lobby.

The room was facing a residential building so it wasn't great but didn't bother me much neither, it's not like you go to a hotel to stay in a room anyway but as I was working remotely and awake super early it would have been nice to have the freedom to open the curtains wide for daylight. The room is also rather small, I had to put my larger luggage under the desk to move around without bumping into it. The treadmill in the gym is not 100% functional, tends to slow down at times which is rather dangerous

Everything! The detail of the decor and ambiance made the hotel seem like a mini resort. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the lobby and the pool. Every single staff member is so friendly and attentive and made the stay so much more enjoyable. Having duplex as an option to book is a game changer when sharing a room. The size of everything is just right for a boutique hotel. Self-service laundry, amazing! And it’s located in a quiet area and walking distance to pharmacies, tiny stores for essentials and and abundance of shops and eateries. 10/10!

No complaints at all!

Love the Landmark’s location and responsive staff. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel but also liked being able to walk to a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the small balcony and time at the pool. The room had great details. The bed was comfortable and the space was compact but well organized for two people. The remote controlled blackout blinds were great.

No complaints- we had a great stay and highly recommend the hotel to others. Just a few comments… The pool is beautiful, but crowded at times. The mini fridge is a great convenience but a little loud. There is some street noise, but worth it for the location.

The location and amenities of the hotel were perfect. In an area where you can walk to a lot of other restaurants and bars. There was a restaurant and pool on the roof of the hotel. The room was adorable and we had two bathrooms, which was convenient for a group of 4. The rooms also all have a water filter, so we could fill our water bottles instead of buying water everyday.

There was one moment where we came back to the room and it was like the smell of sewage was coming up from the sinks/toilets. Why I don’t deduct many points is because this has happened to me in other countries because of the plumbing. Not necessarily their fault but something to be aware of. We aired out the room and the smell went away/didn’t come back.

It's a very cool, clean and stylish hotel with really rooms and suites, individual rainfall style showers and beautiful views of the city. Located in a great neighbourhood (Manila) close to numerous eateries and shops. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional and helpful. Shout out to Daniel and the rest of the front desk crew for super easy check-in and check-out and arranging for transportation. There is free self-serve laundry in the basement, which was a huge plus. The rooftop pool and restaurant are also quite spectacular! Staff up there are also solid. English was spoken by most staff as well. The showers and bathrooms were the best we've had in Colombia. The two-storey suites (with 2 full bathrooms and balcony) are a great layout and reasonably priced. The fresh drinking water feature is also very cool. It's a fancy hotel with a relaxed vibe in a great part of Medellin and surrounded by great restaurant options. Loved it all and we would stay here again.

I don't think the photos do the hotel justice, it is really beautiful as soon as you walk in. There's a great seating area around the reception, the staff were really friendly and happy to answer any questions/provide assistance. The pool on the roof is lovely, I used is in the morning and chilled in a deck chair, and in the evening swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub overlooking the view of the city around. It has a great vibe with a lowered seating area either side if you just want to come up for a drink. We had breakfast both mornings at the restaurant connected to the hotel and the pan de bono waffles were AMAZING. We didn't pre pay for breakfast, I don't think its necessary to. Also, ask for the fresh fruit smoothie as it doesn't seem to be on the menu. Location is perfect, can walk, get a taxi to a lot of places very easily, and it felt safe to walk in the area. I also used the gym, which was simple, but good. I was really happy with the room and chilled out in there with the black out blinds down and Netflix on the TV for a couple of hours after the long journey arriving. The shower was lovely. I loved the design and had a lot of fun the with the tap water tap. Even though the room faced the road, it was not busy and we enjoyed quiet nights which seems to be a rarity in el poblado.

I had already read a couple of reviews about not having a space to put your suitcase, which is true. With two of us we put one under the desk in the room and the other just had to be in the middle (there isn't loads of floor space). This wasn't really an issue for us though. I would have liked to have had coffee/tea in the room. The gym could also use a new tredmill, the current one felt like it had a faulty break and kept jolting slightly.

Main hotel are beautifully designed. A real pleasure to enter every day and comfortable spaces to sit and work in the lobby and in the courtyard to the side. Bright airy and green. The room was also beautifully designed. The location was good for me. There are a lot of food locations in the surrounding blocks of the Manilla District. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet. The Staff was amazing, attentive, helpful, accommodating and friendly. The breakfast at General was tasty and decently priced.

The rooms, though beautiful, were slightly small with nowhere to place an open suitcase. They were also unfortunately quite noisy and there seems to have been no sound insulation used in the construction. I was on the top floor directly under the roof and had to request to be moved from under the roof bar as the Saturday night party seemed to have been in my room. Could also hear corridor and other room noises. The other small issue was that because it was a residential area, the restaurants in the immediate area were closed by 9pm, so you'd have to take a cab over to the Poblado to eat after 9.

I really enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were amazing and so kind and humble. Everything was always clean and everything was easily accessible. We had the ability to communicate with staff via Whatsapp and get the help we needed. They make sure you have a ride to and from the airport ( additional fee) but even the drivers were excellent. Service all the way around was great. I am already planning on returning for my birthday. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to enjoy a peaceful stay away from home.

We do not have anything negative to say about this hotel. This hotel met all of our expectations. It was a great place ato stay and in a great area. We felt safe and comfortable.

The neighborhood is quaint but easy to get to the near by neighborhood of Poblado! -Modern design of the hotel exterior and interior and the pool with a roof top view. -The front desk and your staff was knowledgeable, attentive and quick response on what’s up to my needs - breakfast 2 restaurants options - I can do work in this hotel -housekeeping excellent -air con A+++. Good cold room

-minor but not major issue. duplex room was small for my needs but manageable. I need more closet space and hide my luggage -I need more guest engagement like welcoming people in or offer assistance -laundry is free this is very good but one machine for entire building
