Friendly staff as always and clean pool and patio area! Comfy bed and great location!

Breakfast varied a lot from day to day in quality and variety.. you had to arrive early to get to choose From all the options. Only one sun bed in the pool area, would be nice if more than one person could be able to lie down during the day. Or put the hammocks back up! Music almost 24/7.. please lower the music during breakfast. also very loud party music from 11am every day in pool are making it impossible to have a relaxed moment to read a book or something.

Everything! This hostel evening has a firm mattress with a pool bar and is very clean and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The hostel is very calm and relaxing, pool is cleaned e very day and it is enjoyable to just sit around it reading a book or sunbathing. Female dorm was very crean, beds were provided with a ventilator, light, and socket. All the staff has been very friendly and welcoming!

The kitchen is not a proper hostel kitchen and makes it harder to establish a community around it like in other hostels, but not many guests were using it anyways. The sunbeds and chairs around the pool are pretty uncomfortable, it would be great to have something more comfy to sit/lie on if you want to have a chill day by the pool.

I would stay here again. Beds were super comfy! Finally a hostel with the right bed linen and pillows. There are plugs and a fan in there too. Breakfast was really good! And they served a really good pure hot chocolate. The staff was really nice as well. I liked the chill vibe of this hostel. And the location is good, since it is not in the middle of noisy streets. Plus there is a grocery store super close. And terms of cleanness they do a good job too!

This would be a suggestion since it's very easy to fix. There are not enough hangers in the room, mostly for towels and wet swimming suits after the pool. The bunks beds are made of concrete, you could easily install more hangers in those walls.

I spent a week in Medellín with my company team, and the place was perfect for meeting all of our needs. The pool was always clean and available for use, and the co-working space was a great help for getting work done. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the fresh breakfast was nice. Most importantly, the staff’s attention was outstanding. They were always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The support from a great team truly sets one place apart from another. The reception team was always eager to help and resolve any need from my side promptly. I’m happy with my visit and my team’s; we had a great experience at the hostel.

EVERYTHING! The location, the pool, the breakfast & specially, meeting people from all over the world and making new friends every single day. Also, the activities organized by the hostel like tours, salsa lessons, Chiva Rumbera at nights, Beer pong, etcetera. Food is great and the bar is super nice to get the party started. I would VERY MUCH recommend staying at this hostel. You wont regret it. It made my stay in Medellín very pleasant. I will come back for sure.

the only thing I was not aligned with was the fact that you are not allowed to bring your own drinks inside.... like nada, no beer, no alcohol, no wine, nada. This is kind of dissapointing, because they force you to spend more moeny in their own bar. One night my friends & I bought some rum & coca cola in a liquor store and planned to have pre-drinks before going out partying and the guy in the lobby came to us very upset saying we could not drink alcohol bought outside.... NOT COOL.

Not Complaint, to be a Hotal is well maintained and well managed! - I will say better services than some Hotels 5 starts.

Stuff to do, very cool, clean and safe. Made friend really easy too! Cool place to stay if you enjoy a social atmosphere!

Only negative thing to say is about the one bar staff. There is a sign saying happy hour, 2 for 1 and prices of cocktails. However during happy hour he tried to charge me full price and then some. I asked if it was happy hour and he laughed said sorry and charged my for one cocktail. The price was 5k more. I asked about that and he said he didn’t update the prices on the board. And 35k was correct. Later I found out others were paying the price on the board. So I just felt like he was trying to take advantage really. I also asked for a cocktail later on in the night when it was past happy hour and he said we are just serving beers now. I got the impression he just couldn’t be bothered to make a cocktail. So yeh. Only thing dragging the review down sadly

The staff were very friendly, particularly Alex and Gabi. Location is good as it’s close to the metro and the centre of La Poblado and near a supermarket, pharmacy and some other cafes to eat at. Shower was great and had hot water. Kitchen was great and well equipped.

Some of the rooms are a bit shabby. We had an incident with our room but staff were quick to help and move us into a different one. They need to replace the current broken sun loungers and also add more, there’s only 2 and when it’s busy people have to sit in chairs dotted about.

I can't recommend this place enough. I usually stay in 5* hotels and wasn't sure about staying here, but I honestly can't wait to come back. The guests are of all ages and nationalities and was lovely to meet like-minded people from around the world. The staff are super attentive and are always willing to help. Location is perfect with a shop a couple of doors down. The restaurant next door part of the hotel serves lovely food. Have to recommend the lasagna. The hotels breakfast was also good. I definitely wasn't expecting it as the room rates are so well priced. The beds are actually quiet comfy and has a cute little set up and wveryt6is aways clean. I stayed on a previous occasion here and I loved it so much that this time I decided to spend my 40th birthday there and I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate with such lovely people. Thank you to all the staff that made me feel very welcome and at home

Not much to not like but if I was to give feedback it would be to change or provide extra floor towels as the floor gets soacked and can become very messy also coffe cups at breakfast are due changing
