Friendly staff as always and clean pool and patio area! Comfy bed and great location!

Breakfast varied a lot from day to day in quality and variety.. you had to arrive early to get to choose From all the options. Only one sun bed in the pool area, would be nice if more than one person could be able to lie down during the day. Or put the hammocks back up! Music almost 24/7.. please lower the music during breakfast. also very loud party music from 11am every day in pool are making it impossible to have a relaxed moment to read a book or something.

Everything! This hostel evening has a firm mattress with a pool bar and is very clean and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The Hostel was very nice and trendy. The rooms were nice and clean, and despite it being a shared space, I was not bothered at all by the other people. They had huge lockers that held my suitcase and backpack, and all the beds had a curtain, night lamp, sockets, and even a small fan. Location was good for the most part, being in El Poblado, there was a mall and a few restaurants within walking distance.

Not much to say I didn't like about the location. Perhaps my only beef would again be with the social scene, which ultimately is not a fault of the Hostel. I did the salsa dancing lesson, which was good, but only after seeing me, did other guests come over to join.

The hostel is very calm and relaxing, pool is cleaned e very day and it is enjoyable to just sit around it reading a book or sunbathing. Female dorm was very crean, beds were provided with a ventilator, light, and socket. All the staff has been very friendly and welcoming!

The kitchen is not a proper hostel kitchen and makes it harder to establish a community around it like in other hostels, but not many guests were using it anyways. The sunbeds and chairs around the pool are pretty uncomfortable, it would be great to have something more comfy to sit/lie on if you want to have a chill day by the pool.

Modern, clean accommodations. Hot shower, comfortable bed with multiple pillows, quality linens and towels. Laundry service. Large lockers. On-site restaurant and bar. Pool cleaned daily. Very nice tourist area with local restaurants close by. Gabby at the front desk was a standout, I will always remember her kindness and positive nature. Very accommodating to what you may need!

Wish the restaurant stayed open past 4:30pm. However there is a grocery store 1 minute walk to the right coming out of the hostel.

I would stay here again. Beds were super comfy! Finally a hostel with the right bed linen and pillows. There are plugs and a fan in there too. Breakfast was really good! And they served a really good pure hot chocolate. The staff was really nice as well. I liked the chill vibe of this hostel. And the location is good, since it is not in the middle of noisy streets. Plus there is a grocery store super close. And terms of cleanness they do a good job too!

This would be a suggestion since it's very easy to fix. There are not enough hangers in the room, mostly for towels and wet swimming suits after the pool. The bunks beds are made of concrete, you could easily install more hangers in those walls.

The pool was always clean and available for use, and the co-working space was a great help for getting work done. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the fresh breakfast was nice. Most importantly, the staff’s attention was outstanding. They were always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. The support from a great team truly sets one place apart from another. The reception team was always eager to help and resolve any need from my side promptly. I’m happy with my visit and my team’s; we had a great experience at the hostel.

This place exceeded my expectations im cleanliness. It's spotless, rooms get looked after daily. The vegan breakfast option was delicious (granola, almond milk & fruits). Staff were incredibly friendly too. The female dorm was basically sound proof. And the pool was fabulous!

It's not a social place. There's music playing in the common area/swimming pool plays most of the day. Sometimes too loud. I would of loved some occasional quiet hours.

Not Complaint, to be a Hotal is well maintained and well managed! - I will say better services than some Hotels 5 starts.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Alex and Gabi. Location is good as it’s close to the metro and the centre of La Poblado and near a supermarket, pharmacy and some other cafes to eat at. Shower was great and had hot water. Kitchen was great and well equipped.

Some of the rooms are a bit shabby. We had an incident with our room but staff were quick to help and move us into a different one. They need to replace the current broken sun loungers and also add more, there’s only 2 and when it’s busy people have to sit in chairs dotted about.
