Very good location, easy access, close to major malls, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful, friendly, ready to help with any questions, suggestions, The room was as expected, great value for the price. Great breakfast.

It is a very well run hotel. It is very clean, quiet. Facilities are great. The breakfast is quite good. They do have a laundry on site with reasonable prices (we used it! 15K per kilo). They had an iron on demand The shower is great and hot The location is excellent. 13min to the metro. 10 min to all the action but at the same time it is far enough not to hear all the night clubs (we were going to bed at 11PM). There are few amazing (world class) restaurants nearby. A great specialty coffee shop next block. An amazing craft beer place next block

The street isn't as safe as ones closer to the center, but this isn't the fault of the hotel. The A/C was also dated and was quite noisy at night.

The room was extremely clean and the rainfall shower and jacuzzi tub were very nice touches. It is in a great location near fun restaurants and bar. You can walk to the Poblado metro easily.

The breakfast should have fresh juice and better coffee. However, the rest- eggs, arepas, cheese was a nice standard Colombian breakfast.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and kind. They made us feel very welcomed. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Our room was a little loud at night as it was facing the street. I could hear cars, people, and music clearly. However, I'm a sound sleeper, and once I was asleep, I didn't hear anything.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with all we needed. The hotel is in a really great location - close to poblado metro station, parque lleras and not too far from the provenza either. It was close enough to the bustle but far away enough from too much noise, and we felt very safe. It was an incredible value for what we paid and would definitely recommend. They let us keep our bags there after checkout as well and a nice breakfast is included.

Everything was great enough that it wasn’t too impactful on our stay. However, regarding sleep - the beds are a bit on the hard side so it was harder for us to get comfy. The walls are a bit thin, but it’s understandable- not anything disturbing sleep there at night. Probably the best you’d get with a budget stay with these facilities and location. The last thing was the bathroom didn’t have ventilation so just a musty smell.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite not knowing any English. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Noise was a bit loud due to my room was directly next to the main road. But it was still bearable.

Eventhoug the breakfast options were good, they should improve the way the breakfast arrives at the table, as the food was cold, they need to do the food right after the guest order, so it comes hot to the table. The orange juice was great, just that should come colder.
