Comfortable bed, staff were friendly Breakfast good Fairly close to restaurants

No soundproofing, noise from road outside (room was on road even though booked “garden view” ) CCTV everywhere, felt intrusive Instant coffee in dining area where complimentary drinks are , this is coffee country! No minibar , it was in description but not there in reality Housekeeping was a bit ropey, just made the bed and put a clean towel, didn’t sweep floors or wipe sink

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they had a great sense of humor and we befriended them over our stay! Breakfast had 3 to 4 options, #1 was an American Breakfast, eggs (We had an omelet with ham, cheese, and veggies every day) any way you want them, toast, croissant, or arepa, with fresh fruit, orange juice, and coffee or hot cocoa. #2 Pancakes with powdered sugar and chocolate glaze. #3 Yogurt Parfait I can't remember the 4th. All were a good size and the breakfast ladies did an amazing job every day ( Breakfast served 6:30 - 9 am)! The location was great for my fiance and me because it was a ten-minute walk away from downtown Palodo and away from the loud busy area. We are middle-aged and prefer to walk instead of taking transportation and this location worked out perfectly for our preferences. There were a lot of older Europeans staying there during our week stay, they were up to eat breakfast early and out on a tour before 8 am. The breakfast dining area is an undercover patio adjacent to the garden view and makes for a wonderful start to the day! A coffee, tea, and water station on the dining patio 24 hours a day and guests can sit there at any hour to relax or use a laptop with a couple of power outlets if needed if they don't want to use the desk in the room. The owner is on the property every weekday and she is delightful, which carries forth throughout the staff, they all seem to be from the same mold (genuinely pleasant)! You feel welcomed and relaxed to move about the hotel as a retreat of sorts. This hotel has a pick-up for the tour of Guatapé, at an exceptional price, as opposed to the online tour which otherwise people booking would have to meet downtown Palodo at a church. We would have stayed another ten days there, but they were fully booked, which in my opinion, tells you everything a potential guest would need to know!

Nothing, if it's not broken, don't fix something that works perfectly! Our stay was splendid thanks to the staff, location, and accommodations.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the included breakfast was quite nice and the garden lovely. The location is nice : 10 minute walk from the Poblado, giving access to where all the excitement is going on but in a quiet spot enabling rest. Special thanks to Lorena at the welcome desk who was so friendly & kind. She did everything to make us feel great.

The communication via booking was not always very reactive and we had to ask several times if we could make our stay longer. Also laundry service was a bit below our expectations : some was not totally dry and was not that well folded so this could be improved to meet the hotel's great standard.

Walking distance to restaurants, breakfast is delicious, room is clean and comfy, the garden is absolutely beautiful to dine in. Staff is super friendly. They even allow us to use their personal cell phone to call our credit card company during an emergency when we lost our cell phones. Manuel and staff went beyond and above helped us restore our account (again and again) when we were in desperate need of help. Cannot be more grateful to the staff!

Breakfast was great, service staff was amazing, and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

Although no fault of the hotel, construction is ongoing on the street. The construction workers for a nearby building begins work at 7am, which can impact an early morning sleep. I heard them on a Thursday morning but not on a Friday morning (perhaps because it was a Colombia holiday with workers off for the day). There's also an annoying door bell that one can easily hear from the room, even from the second building. It doesn't ring too frequently, but when it does it's pretty loud, and can be especially heard from rooms that are "open" to the elements.

Small nice hotel in el Poblado, out from the loud streets from Medellin nightlife. Really clean. It was just difficult for a vegan to have a vegan friendly breakfast. We didn’t inform them before about our needs, so it is our fault. The staff tried to arrange a vegan breakfast and they showed how they try to make the guests happy

It is far from the first metro station (37 minutes walk)

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and well located, the garden was beautiful and the breakfast was really good and all was very good value for money, highly recommend it!

The one small thing is that the window in the bathroom could be locked and sometimes you could hear people coming back at nigh but it wasn't too much noise.

The wonderful staff went out of their way to communicate, despite our almost non existent Spanish! This made our stay very special . The atmosphere was like a pleasant little country hotel in a lovely garden. Hidden but well situated in the big city makes it a perfect place to stay. The breakfast was very good and served on the covered garden terrace.

It wasn’t a huge problem but, we were sad to see the restaurant was only open for breakfast, as dinner on the terrace at one’s hotel is always pleasant .

everything during my stay was perfect. the staff was super friendly and helped us with all our needs. excellent quality of bathroom supplies (body lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner) plus: there is a cat as a permanent guest, super cute and loving

not that I didn't like it. but as a vegan, would be nice an option for me (more than just fruits and juice)

Location was perfect. Went to Provenza many times no need for transportation 7 to 10 minutes walk very safe. Cafe hotel close by, 5min walk open 24 hrs at day.

traffic is busy an create noise. will like a change on the menu for breakfast, somenthing new or different every other day. breakfast was acceptable
