The hotel entrance is beautiful and modern - great first impression. The room itself didn't have as good a finish, but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a lovely, upmarket area, however the streets are steep and it's not handy for everything, so you need to get taxis, or hire a car, or a motorcycle to get around. The hotel has its own private carpark, so it was perfect for us as we hired a motorcycle. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The property is in a very safe and wonderful part of town. The staff were so extremely helpful, giving suggestions of things to do as well as very friendly. Jorge was absolutely wonderful, he went above and beyond with us. Even gave us suggestions of where to eat, and called a friend of his that’s a taxi driver to help us get around. Super amazing place, very good location.

Breakfast was not the best, seemed like it was just leftovers from the day before. The beds were so uncomfortable, you can feel the box spring on your back.

This very nice hotel is located on a hill and walking the neighborhood requires lots of hill climbing. If you are not used to the altitude, you could find yourself breathing a little more heavily than usual. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. They moved my room when the sounds of celebration from the restaurant next door went a little later than I wanted. The restaurant was excellent and I enjoyed my meals on the outdoor patio.

It is a bit far from the center of Poblado but 10-15 minutes in a ride-share. There was no view of the beautiful scenery when I moved to a more quiet room.

Breakfast was awesome. Ther was something different every day in the buffet. Fresh juices on a daily basis, variation of fruits and they even made grean smoothies for the fanatics. The staff was very polite and would do their utmost best to make guests feel welcome.

There was no desktop computer in the hotel for me to work on. Especially if you want to print your boarding pass. It would be nice to offer guests shuttle transportation (at least once a day) to certain parts of town or to a mall.

I loved how they had rooms to accommodate a family of 4. Having the bunk beds in the room was a great change from a lot of other properties that typically offer just 2 full beds. Beds were comfortable, wifi was good. on a quiet street but very close to everything within El Poblado. Easy $2 Uber to the malls, parks and most places. The hotel even has a restaurant next door if you don’t want to venture out at night.

The breakfast, although free, was very repetitive. Same cereals, same scrambled eggs. They would only change up one of the stations with either empanadas or Patacones. Would liked to have seen more fruits or some toast even. Not a big deal But something to note.

I know the greenview, and it is just a beautiful little hotel in an amazingly beautiful area. The place has a great kitchen and an amazing dining area. Sitting in the backyard with the trees and flowers and enjoying the great weather is wonderful. You are in a very quiet area, but you are just a short walk to Provenza.

I liked everything in this hotel, the staff very helpful specially Luis Fernando, the rooms, cleanliness and the breakfast was so good, fresh and tasty food. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, near to stores, restaurants, pharmacies and markets that you can go walking, also you can go walking to Provenza and parque Lleras or take a taxi or bus. My family really enjoyed the place. The room has A/C, tv, small fridge, hot water.

The staff at the reception is super friendly and helpful! Helped us to organize some tours and explained where we can buy simcards or exchange money. The room itself was small, but comfortable.

Apparently, there was only one hair dryer for the whole hotel, because every day when I was asking it at the reception it was never available. It would be nice if they just arrange hair dryers for each room, so one wouldn't need constantly hunting for it.

Too noisy. There is a restaurant next to the hotel with a loud music up to late night. Also you can hear everything next door

It’s a bit to basic for me. The restaurant/bar area was ok. THe rooms, there is very limited. there are no thrill or supplies.
