I really liked the location of the hotel. A 5-7 min drive away from restaurants and shopping areas. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We were always greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. I wish I remembered each of their names to give them the proper recognition they deserve. Thanks especially to house keeping for handling any issues we had come up, thanks to the person(s) that work at the front desk that aided us with whatever we needed and thanks to the kitchen/server crew that greeted me with a smile every time they saw me.

The first day we checked in, we found hair on the beds.

Everything was great, Emerson fron the Breakfast Area excelent attention and Service.

The only thing was that i upgradez to a tree person roo.m and they still charged me extra for extra person, i believe is common sense that if i wanted three beds and I paid for that room is becaise we were three i think it was fare to be charge for extra person.

The hotel is located on a hill in El Poblado, very quiet and safe. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and the view is quite lovely. It is a bit far from the metro station El Poblado, but one can uber there and it's cheap. I like to walk and it is a 30-minute walk, and the supermarket Carulla Palmas is on the way. The breakfast is buffet style, and the food is good. Price-wise, I do think this hotel is an excellent choice.

The wifi started to stop working or work very slowly after 9 or 10pm, but this might be a good thing for me to get off the internet, read something and have a solid sleep:)

Decent place to stay. A bit far from the city center but it is quiet and staff is very friendly. We appreciated the restaurant staff's disposition and the food is very good!

Rooms can be updated, you can tell this is a busy hotel and so feels like one. If you eat in the room be mindful, there are little roaches, no big deal, just something that happens in cities and old places.

The location. Very tricky to get to because of the main dual carriageway between it and El Poblado. We did walk a couple of times but be warned, the walk is very steep and a good 30 mins from the centre

We came as a family of 4, with 2 kids ages 2 & 4, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the city view was beautiful, and the kids really liked the pool (there was no baby pool but they used floaties). The restaurant was quite good too, we enjoyed eating outdoors by the pool. We would definitely come back.

In terms of location, it wasn’t a walking distance from all of the nice restaurants in Poblado. However, it’s on a hill and the city views are spectacular.

you’re next to Poblado which it’s the place to be in Medellin, the hotel it’s on a hill so even if you’re close to a Main Street it’s totally quiet, so perfect place to have a good rest, the room was amazing, really big, restaurant it’s cheap if you don’t really wanna leave the facilities you can always eat there, didn’t really get a view since my room was on the 3 floor but pretty sure on higher floors you’ll get an amazing view of Medellin.

nothing bad, just missing some soap and shampoo, which you can always ask for more but the fact that it’s already there without needing to ask for it, it’s always appreciated

Breakfast was nice, very attentive personnel, the hotel is within 10 minutes from 2 metro stations and shopping malls, daily room service

I love that the staff were so polite and extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. I love the cleanliness and size of the room. And I love the quietness of the location.

I did not like the limited breakfast options. I wish there were a variety of different options daily.

This is our second time visiting morgana it’s a quiet place and relaxing, and the staff members are awesome execute service specially the cafeteria the guys remember us from the first time and that’s what makes you feel like home.
