I’m a regular traveler. I’ve been all over the world and this is the first hotel I have absolutely nothing bad to say about. NOTHING. It’s located in a safe and clean area. Super close to all sorts of conveniences and a mall. The staff was attentive and kind. Every day they cleaned and brought fresh water bottles and chocolates without fault. The water bottles are a SUPER PLUS!! The water in Colombia is not safe to drink in most parts so this was absolutely LOVELY! It should be a standard everywhere, but surprisingly it isn’t (and I’ve stayed in the most renowned hotels in Colombia). Awesome shower, comfy bed. Hands down best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel in Colombia! I’m Colombian myself and I know my Colombian food so I am always let down by hotel breakfast when they serve only a continental or american style breakfast. The breakfast at Hotel Sites Monteria strikes the perfect balance of your usual breakfast and local cuisine. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 10/10 without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed.

Nice hotel, new facilities with an original decoration/concept (books), awesome staff, good breakfast buffet, wonderful pool and terrace, convenient location, hotel is close (walking distance) to everything we needed (shopping mall. grocery store, restaurants). Will be back indeed.

Although quite fast, there is only one elevator. Pillows not comfortable for me.

Everything! This is by far the best hotel in Monteria. Highly recommend Very comfortable rooms. Air conditioned and well laid out. Large closet. Hot water when needed and2 blocks from one of the largest malls in town.

Not one thing. There isn't anything bad I can say about this Hotel. I have traveled extensively throughout Monteria and this place is by far the best one on every spectrum. I highly recommend it.

The staff is very acccomodating, Luis and Jesus made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are clean, beds super comfortable, all the staff are friendly and the food is decent. The location is close to the airport,, close to Buenavista mall and also is in a plaza with restaurants and stores. Will stay here again in the future!

This hotel has a lot going for it. Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. Best hot water shower I have had in Monteria ever. Our room was large and never heard too much noise coming from other rooms or the hallway. Some hotels have doors that close so hard that it can wake you up at all hours. These doors close easy. The rooftop restaurant has good quality food at decent prices with a super helpful and friendly staff. The location is great too with a supermarket and several restaurants right outside. I felt at home after a few nights... Will go back for sure.

Internet was a bit weak at times, not sure if it is always like that. Only one elevator but didn't affect us too much.

The rooms feature contemporary designs and fixtures. The buffet-style breakfast offered plenty of tasty options. The hotel has adjacent parking, entertainment, shopping, and dining options.

Extremely good value for the money. Good facilities, good service, great breakfast, fantastic location.

Only one elevator for 8 floors make you always wait. Not many gluten free options for breakfast. Nothing too bad.

Exceptional staff. Breakfast very tasty and diverse. The room is super comfy. The bathroom is nice size. Gym is clean with great views. The location is close to nice restaurants and a couple of malls

The pool is shallow

Hotel Sites is by far the BEST hotel that I have stayed at in Colombia! The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were professional and friendly! It was an exceptional value for the price I paid and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is likely the best hotel in Monteria. It is located at the northern end of the city (closer to the airport), but this is not a drawback, being in an area of nice residential neighborhoods. The hotel is new and is part of a mall plaza with restaurants, stores and a good grocery store. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is on the hotel roof terrace (9th floor), which has excellent views of the surroundings. The pool, also on the roof terrace, is good for kids and families (shallow, no swimming). There are also many restaurants in the neighbourhood of El Recreo, about 10 minutes away by foot. The breakfast is good and offers any choice of eggs, caldo (a tasty typical Colombian beef soup that is eaten for breakfast), breads, typical foods (empanadas, patacon), juice, cereals, coffee, fruits. The rooms are spacious. I and my wife stayed in a 55 m2 one-bedroom apartment, very comfortable, with chairs, coffee tables, sofa, open concept kitchen with coffee machine, desk. The internet works well. The airport ride takes about 15 minutes and costs 25,000 COP (Jan 2022). A ride to or from downtown is about 8,000 COP.

The hotel has a library, but the management does not allow the use of books because of Covid. So this message is for the manager: Old fashioned people like me still like the feel of a book. I did not take my computer with me just because I was looking forward to a weekend reading real books. I hate reading from the phone screen. The sister hotel in Medellin allowed me to read a book from their library a couple of months ago. It would be nice to end this policy (or at least put a warning on your website). You can easily quarantine the books for a few days.
