Loved the access to the town and mall and the Beer Station had amazing food, which is connected to the hotel as well. The entire property was spectacularly clean!! The staff so very welcoming - especially Daniel, thank you so much did so much to make our trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Small issues and all of which were addressed by staff immediately and nothing was left unresolved.

Hot water. Many hotels in Colombia don't have that. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning functioned well and it was not too close to the bed. In many OTHER hotels here the air conditioning blows right onto the bed and the temperature cannot be regulated; they just blow colder and colder. If you don't see what you want at breakfast you can special order it.

Dealing with the hotel over the phone can be frustrating. We called beforehand with questions about parking and we could not get a clear answer, or we got hung up on.

Excellent clean and comfortable accommodations, the staff were all awesome, breakfast was fresh and delicious, location great in between 2 malls where you can find good restaurants and plenty of name brand shops, reasonably priced! I highly recommend this hotel which is only a few minutes from the airport!

The best hotel to stay in Neiva. Staff is very attentive and helpful, from the hotel maid and doorman to the manager. Room are quiet and confortable. Air conditioning silente and effective. Restaurant have good options. I strongly recommend it!

The staff is the kindest I have met so far, and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and very cosy with a Christmas theme. Our baby got sick and the hotel staff did their utmost to help us get medical attention, that meant the world to us.

Very good location, close to the airport. Staff was friendly and the bed was really comfortable.

Rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear the hallway from the room. For us it was no problem, when the AC is on you can hear the hallway less.

It is a fabulous hotel to rest. It has a very willing staff with a special spirit and disposition for service. It is located between shopping centers: San Juan Mall and San Pedro Mall. And very close to the airport.

The staff are very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is always delicious. The hotel is located close to the airport and near two malls which makes it easy to quickly access most anything you may need. Also, the rooms are very clean and there is hot water and air conditioning.

The staff. Breakfast was good but the staff made it great. They were very observant and quick to help. The guy that secured parking watched and helped before you had to ask. That staff went above and beyond just doing their job.

It is easy to arrive from the airport and it is inside a shopping mall which is very convenient and the breakfast is delicious

I always chose this hotel, no complaints.
