Amazing stay in a unique location! The hacienda is just incredible. It’s super well kept, beautiful facilities and lovely staff. It’s an oasis hidden in the coffee region. The breakfast is very complete and and the options for lunch and dinner are great. They could increase the number of vegetarian dishes though. The coffee tour is a must, it was the best experience during our entire trip to Colombia. It’s unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before, do not miss it!

The wifi is a bit weak

Great and very helpful staff. We checked in late evening and have been starving, so they organized for us some tasty sandwiches, big Thank you from all of us! We also had light lunch and dinner over there, all food was delicious. Probably it was one of the best places we had a meal, Chef definitely has special skill on sauses. Beautiful view from terrace which you can enjoy from hammock. Nice and tidy rooms. We didn't use pool so no comment on that, it's big enough to swim. You can ask for a hairdryer on reception. You can book a coffee tour within this hotel. It was very interesting and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

The staff, especially Jordy, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. The facilities were very clean. The entire property, including the building itself, is beautiful and it was certainly fun to have Tito the cat around. The views from the property are spectacular as well. The coffee tour is a MUST! I am surprised it is not included in the price of stay but it is worth the extra cost, super easy to book, and the guides are great. I think it is very special you get to help make two souvenirs for yourself on the tour. It was great to see the efforts the staff makes to keep up the ecosystem and utilize the land sustainably including having fresh garden herbs! We had a delicious lunch and two great dinners! It was great that the hotel was not crowded so we felt we could relax where we wanted to. As an added bonus, the hotel is only a 30-45ish minute drive to several neighboring towns that were great to explore! We went to Filandia for the afternoon which allowed us to see both the countryside and several other towns. Armenia was a very easy airport to fly in and out of and only 20-30 min away from the hotel by car.

If possible, it would elevate the experience to have more options for breakfast as the buffet did not have many options and the most best / most traditional Colombian ones would run out. *I didn't mind that there was no AC in the room - it felt more "eco" - but just keep that in mind when deciding which room you are booking*. Our only real complaint is that the rooster on the property woke us up several times from 1am-on both nights.

The tranquility is surrounded by nature, exceptional restaurant and really friendly and attentive service. The quality and creativity of the food really exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size and I especially enjoyed the private terrace with a comfy hammock. A really good educational tour about coffee on-site.

The bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Everybody is very kind, especially Jordi. We lost our way, we were confused, because it was the first time in the area, but Jordi took the time to explain to us the solution, and he made us feel really comfortable. Thank you so much.

The illumination through the way was poor, we were nervous. Maybe to have better illumination in the road.

The room was big and clean. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi that were also very nice. The view from the pool was amazing. The staff was very polite and the food was also super good.

We booked a couple's massage that was a waste of money. The lady did not put any pressure and it seemed more like she was only touching my back kindly.

Amazing. The vibe, the staff, everything. Perfect to relax. We left the last morning before breakfast, but they still prepared us some sandwiches for the morning

Maybe the location is a bit inconvenient, but it’s reasonable as its an hacienda, it cant be in the city centre

The room was clean. There was a mosquito net in the window (not all hotels have that and it is very useful). The staff speaks English and is very friendly. They can order a taxi or tour for you if you need it. The hotel surrounding is very beautiful. There are avocado and orange trees, and coffee bushes around. You can observe hummingbirds and other colorful birds, etc. The swimming pool is a bit cold but is big and swimming surrounded by beautiful nature is very relaxing. There are also a jacuzzi and sauna but it needs to be booked in advance (there is high demand so we were able to book it just twice during 4 days stay). The hotel offers also massages for an additional fee. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The water in the bathroom was cold in the evenings. At some point, there was no water available for an hour or so. To get to the hotel you need to drive on the field road. It gets very muddy after the rain. There is a weak noise coming probably from the street nearby that can be heard all the time. It did not bother me but it bothered my partner a lot. He could not relax.

Overall really nice. Restaurant and the staff are amazing, also super helpful with our special needs with a baby. Very good value for money.

Rooms are a bit old, we stayed as a group in 4 different which were either very dark or very noisy or very humid. The receptionist with square glasses is quite unfriendly, but the rest of staff is amazing.

An authentic coffee plantation Hacienda owned by the same family for over 100 years. Amazing staff that stop at nothing to ensure you have a perfect stay. Good food, excellent margaritas, and a fun coffee tour experience that’s great for children as well. A special thanks to Jonathan, Oscar, Juan José, and Mauricio, for making our visit memorable.
