This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Even with a last-minute booking, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs- including arranging my airport transfer and making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Nelson, the driver, was incredibly kind and full of helpful island tips. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and warm smiles. The staff were always cheerful and genuinely cared about my experience. The chef made every meal fresh to order and constantly checked in to ensure everything was perfect. I loved that all the staff were locals—they gave amazing recommendations and helped arrange tours and a buggy rental. Their pride in their island and in making my stay unforgettable really stood out. The hotel’s peaceful location, away from the busy areas, made for a wonderfully relaxing escape. Georgette, the hotel’s in-house magazine publisher. Her magazine was beautifully curated, offering rich stories about the island’s history and hidden gems. She even took time out of her day to give me a personal tour—an incredibly thoughtful and memorable gesture Tony, the owner, was equally amazing—genuine, helpful, and clearly invested in creating a space where guests feel at home. I was moved by the complimentary room upgrade—it was stunning, with a private pool, a hanging bed on the terrace, and plenty of space to unwind. Every corner of the property was immaculately maintained and well designed . My stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It was relaxing, beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and eager to return for a longer stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a personalized, luxurious, and peaceful island escape.

Everything. The staff and the service were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed by Kelvin and Dorothy. The room was spotless, quiet, and peaceful. The chef Jesus prepared amazing breakfast and dinners serviced by Alex. The location is quiet and perfect to explore the south of the island. The restaurants and beaches are reachable by scooter (we rented it through the hotel). Overall, we had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious property and private feeling of a boutique hotel experience. The owner was very personable and came around chatting with guests to see how everything was going. The staff was friendly and excellent with guests requests.

It is a small gem on the island. My friend kept remarking that it was like a private finca. MIraflores is the perfect getaway on San Andres. Off the main path, but still accessible via taxi. The staff can help your organize your stay. The new pool is fantastic and the rooms feel private and are very comfortable.

Good location, a lot quieter than the main city of the island, which was great for our relaxation. The suite was very nice and comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant was always very good, breakfast was nice aswell! The staff are very supportive, be it with renting scooters or buggys, organising other transportation, snorkelling gear and so on…

The private pools at the suites need a makeover in our opinion. The main pool is ok, but nothing special. The cleaning team, three times in a row, locked our lavatory in the bathroom by accident and we had to check with reception to unlock it.

The place is an absolute gem, I am so happy we stayed there! On the rocky side of the island with perfect sunset views, just opposite to beautiful and easy to reach San Luis beach. The area of the hotel is a huge lovely garden so that you hardly come across other guests. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished, clean and air-conditioned. Dorothy, Alex and Jesus especially made our stay even better! They took great care of us and we really did not feel like "just" guests. The hotel operates a restaurant in the evenings, everything was very delicious - just as the breakfast we got to enjoy every morning. This precious place is absolutely recommended!

Nothing at all, every was just perfect! Just a hint, the location is off the touristy part, so some form of own mobility is helpful. We managed well with very reliable transportation as offered by the hotel

The hotel is located in the south-west side of the island, away from downtown, which is amazing because you can really live the “holidays on an island” type of vibes, and avoid the city center. The rooms are surrounded by a luxurious garden, quiet and relaxing. You have few beach spots on the other side of the road, to enjoy the sunset and some diving. The staff was incredibly kind and available, a special mention to Dorothy, an amazing person who went above and beyond to organize for us all the activities and arrangements (transports, trips, boat rides, vehicle rent etc).

The breakfast could be a little bit more varied. The room was big and with a nice patio but some details were a little old fashioned.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean - so inviting that you can find yourself wanting to spend more time there than planned. The grounds are stunning, with lush natural surroundings that create a peaceful, countryside atmosphere. The pool area is particularly appealing and well-maintained. The service truly stood out during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their attention to detail made our stay memorable. The chef prepared delicious meals, and the bartender crafted excellent cocktails that we very much enjoyed.

The reservations manager, Christian, was absolutely amazing! He answered my enquiry and booking at 6am after an unhappy and soul destroying experience at another hotel on the island and made sure that our room was made up from 9:30am instead of the usual 3pm time. He and his staff also went above and beyond to ensure that I had a the best private and romantic dinner to propose to my girlfriend in the space of 6 hours!!! - Something that several hotels and contact failed to even respond to for over a week previously!!! Honestly cannot thanks Christian and his staff anymore. Special mention to Johana who promptly answered any questions I had, the “Magic man” Alex, who hand designed the flower arrangements and the private dinner space, Jesus who cooked the most amazing 3 course meal for our dinner and I can’t forget to mention Luz who greeted us every morning with coffee, fresh juice and breakfast. Anyone looking for a magical, private and romantic getaway so look no further than Miraflores! Hasta luego mi familia ❤️

The location is far from downtown. That is not obvious from the advertisement. You must have transportation to do anything. I wish I would have known that ahead of time
