The villa was amazing! The service from the staff was exceptional! The food was delicious!

Everything was great but the construction going on behind our Villa was not! Especially because the bathroom is open and you still can see thru the privacy walls, the pieces of wood for privacy, would not block anyone’s view into the bathroom. While taking a shower or while using the toilet. I felt like our privacy was intruded, especially for my wife. It was an inconvenience. We had to wait to take a shower till after the workers were gone which was after 6 pm.

breakfast is not as good as lunch and dinner. no orange juice and they should invest in a good coffee machine. music at the pool is sometimes a bit to loud, since the beds are under the speakers. walls between the rooms are very thin. some street signs would help to find it.

Is one of the Newest locations in this Area of Antioquia, Its unique and Beatifull and well designed, the staff was extremy friendly and accomodating.

As this is supposed to be a leisure Hotel to be able to go and relax. The Hotel also offers Day passes for people that are just coming to be in the pool area. For me this created an Inconvenience as I was a guest but had to wait to be accommodated in a proper seating area, also the Pool was filled to Max occupancy but with the Majority being Day Pass Guest, Day pass guest would also bring in their own Alcohol and tend to be more loud taking away from the hotels overall experience. I would suggest having priority in seating and in service for Hotel Guest

The location is perfect, the staff incredible, and the music on the pool was great

The food could be better, we order a medium beef but it was served well done, Also that nigh rained a lot, would be great if the room had Tv, Because outside was not possible to stay for the rain, the phone signal is poor and the WIFI didn't work. so there is not a lot of options if it is raining

Amazing place to relax only 1h15mins from Medellin. It's much warmer and sunnier than in the city and feels very tropical . During the weekend it's more like a beach club with party music and during the week is more quiet . Also it gets quiet in the evening as some people come only for a day . Super great service , nice drinks at the pool bar and amazing food at the restaurant .

everything! this place is hands down my new favorite hotel. the vibe the music and the food was incredible. the rooms super clean and the staff was amazing! one of the best massage I’ve had in a perfect location! nice place to take your other special half for one of a kind experience

I could say that is the best hotel in San Jeronimo/Santa fe de Antioquia Area, and maybe Medellin.

should be all inclusive, but still perfect!! one observation: Bar should be at least until midnight. And, booking should offer the complete hotel and not only one type of room.

Decor, service, pool, everything was off good taste and eco friendly

No body cream after a full day of sun. Restroom near toilet area needs attention as it had a strange smell

The food was delicious, the ambience was what we were looking for, with relaxed, cool music

The expansion they're working on hopefully leads to have other amenities
