The location of the property was fine, we walked around in the evening and felt totally comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. The staff that work there are lovely and the pool area looked really nice too, although we didn't use it. The air conditioning worked well. Lots of parking. The hotel feels new.

A couple things that we did not care for is that our room (#204) had a wide enough gap in the door frame to the door that you could stand in the hall and look into our room, also the driveway into the property is a little steep and curved at the bottom and has a lot of loose gravel, getting in and out on the motorcycles was a little stressful. Our breakfast was tiny, 1 x 4 inch pancake and 2 crackers with jam and a slice of pineapple.

Clean, spacious room. Swimming pool looked inviting even though I didn't take advantage if it. Breakfast was enjoyable. On the night I booked it was excellent value for money.

As others have mentioned the distance from the hotel to the main square is short but the hill between the two is very steep. Anyone with mobility issues should bear this in mind.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Everything worked as it should and our stay was comfortable. The swimming pool is great. Great value for money.

Location.The hotel was situated just on the edge of the historic center. A short (but tough) walk uphill or a 5000 pesos moto chiva ride. The view around the hotel was a bit of a let down.

This place is a beautifully kept palace, with hot tub and pool. Everything is perfect. There is food and drinks available so if you choose, you never need to leave the property. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend a stay here to everybody.

It would be nice to have somewhere in the room to store clothes. There is space for a storage unit....

The pool, was unexpected and completely refreshing

The noise of the disco-bar. It is supposed to be until 10 p.m., but on my first night it was until 11 p.m. It would be great if inside the room we could find hooks to hang clothes or bags, otherwise you have to lie down your stuff on the floor.

Quiet location, pool area ok but no real comfortable seating. Comfortable room with good air conditioning. The big speaker wasn’t turned on while I was there fortunately.

The receptionist called Jaqueline was so attentive, humble, and kind, the pool and the hotel layout.

There were some ants in the room and it is a pity we can't smoke around the pool but understandable.

The hotel is new and it has everything that you need to enjoy your staying. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are more than perfect. Our rooms were very big and clean.

I like it all.
