The staff were excellent and super professional. The breakfast was always delicious, hot and fresh - some of the best arepas I’ve had while visiting :). The property is well secured. I never felt unsafe. Super clean, quiet and very close to the beach.

The property could definitely use some maintenance, but nothing major.

Nothing about the breakfast, it was less than what I expected.

The kitchen staff does not speak English. The Steak was dry, hard to cut, like leather. The breakfast they serve has no meat. The clear plastic cup is so weak that it barely holds the juice. They do not give you the option to go to the 5th floor kitchen. Instead they bring the weak breakfast to your room and expect you to pay them a tip. Do not look for a full breakfast... no Sausage; ...no Pancakes; ...no Hot Grits; ....no Toast. No English speaking channels on TV. No HBO, No Cinemax, No Roku. Yes, they have CNN, but it is in Spanish. No Laundry service.

wifi, totally useless and the access point put in during our stay after i complained was no better. there is a 4G Cell phone tower 100m from the building so if you can live without WIFI is a great apartment

I like the apartment size. 2 bedroom made me feel like home, with the door bell ringer. The kitchen was nice, and the view was wonderful. The staff really try to make your stay enjoyable.

Sometimes the shower had no hot water. I was told not to go walking in the evening because it was not safe, the lobby front door stays locked. The breakfast had no meat. No small hand towel to wash face or bath. They only had the medium and big towels. The Pool sides is very slippery as you walk down the sides.

Good breakfast. The first apt had the air conditioning unit leaking water,but they (staff)relocated to other better unit.(nice)

Lifts took a bit long to take but it’s definitely related to the number of people that we’re staying at the time.
