Even we cannot contact de owner at the phone listed on the platform, I received a message with an alternative number and somebody was expecting us. The apartment is very nice, with everything you need to stay here, even a beautiful terrace where to eat in the morning or drink something. The communication with the staff was very good and we have only nice words to say about them.

I would recommend to switch the windows with some with phonic isolation. Sometimes the sound that big cars do is very annoying, also the water going through pipes.

Spacious room with bed and bathroom with a large mirror. Very nice lighting in the room under the bed and head. Really nice shower though could use indications on which is cold and which is hot especially since it takes time for the water coming out to change temperature.

Kinda dusty. Mostly due to the location you can never really get rid of the dust that comes in from the surrounding area.

Very complete and comfortable suite , with convenient grocery store downstair....appropiate for a city Kong Term visit

No amenities or nice beaches clóse by, only lower middle class Beach área 15 minute walk.

This hotel has exceeded my expectations. The location is great. There's a supermarket right under the hotel (very convenient), a lot of restaurants walking distance, & even a mall. The room decor is very modern (very good taste). Each room has a private patio, hotel has gate access making it private & safe. Staff is amazing (Daniela & Jesus) very polite & willing to go the extra mile. I really felt at home in this hotel & will definitely recommend it hands down. Thank you on behave of myself & family.

The only dark coffee choice for breakfast. The facilities are beautiful, and modern, but I missed opening my eyes to the natural day light. The apartment has no windows with natural light coming in.

we booked this last minute and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. clean and comfortable. good location, a little off the main strip if you are partying but we wanted a secure, quiet and comfortable place so this was perfect!

the associated Beer Garden Restaurant (across the main road) did not have great service or food, not worth it.

The facility was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great since you're close to the beach but not close to all the noise.

There was nothing to really complain about.

The location doesn't have that much restaurants etc. close by in my opinion so finding a good breakfast can be a headache but you can prepare your own breakfast in the room too.

The staff was genuinely willing to provide assistance when necessary. They acted in a proactive way, anticipating my needs. Moreover, they shared tips which dramatically improved my experience in Santa Marta. The room was very clean and modern.
