1) Good location. A brisk 10-minute walk from the bus station. 2) We were given a free early checkin (we arrived about 10am). We dropped off the bags and headed out immediately. 3) Nice breakfast. Nothing exceptional but decent enough. 4) Friendly staff. 5) Good WiFi. 6) Really close to D1 (a discount food store) 7) Close to everything you need. 8) Spacious and clean.

1) Please set up your TVs. We turned on the TV and had to sign in to Samsung Account and then sign in again to YouTube. We couldn't install Plex. Please set this up in advance for your guests. 2) A lot of noise from the street in the evenings and into the night as the hotel is on a big crossroads.

Extra cost for pet staying (COP $50,000) almost the same cost of one person but no bed, neither breakfast for my dog. During reservation process it was not clear. Advice only as "pet friendly". Booking reported a total cost and taxes below ("taxes and fees"). Only after the reservation is completed, this extra cost appears as "Important Information", but it is not possible to cancell due it was a non refoundable reservation. I think it is also a Booking's web site issue.

The room was very clean and the staff was always open to help you. I appreciate the coffee-tea area for free for clients. Pet friendly and lot of parking spaces

Breakfast was ok. I expected a bit more of alternatives to choose from. It would be nice to have changua, or tamal included, dishes that are not too expensive in general

It’s a new build hotel, truly stunning property, perfect mix between traditional and modern deco. Large high ceiling rooms, amazing bed linen, extremely clean, such high end experience and stunning views if you have the balcony room. Location it’s really close to the main town square, supermarkets and restaurants. We felt really comfortable and happy in this venue. Breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again if visiting such a beautiful town.

We had a second room which was a standard double, my parents complaint about the noise, the ladies were really accommodating changing the room, however all the double rooms are facing a busy main road so the change didn’t really make a difference. If you want the back rooms which are quiet then you had to upgrade to a more expensive room. There’s also a wind tunnel running in the building so there’s a lot of shaking from the doors and noise, I suggest implementing draft stoppers for the doors to minimise the effects.

I really think that they could improve the furniture in the room. There was no chair/small sofa. There was no hangers (we asked for them and they supply some)

Very spacious room and bathroom. Good breakfast & good location less than 10 minutes walk from main plaza & 15 minutes walk from bus terminal. Friendly staff. Free hot tea and filtered water. Very good value, especially on weekdays. Good Wi-Fi. The property was only 7 months old when we stayed so very new & modern.

If your room faces the street, you'll hear street noise in case you're a super light sleeper. If you're a light sleeper, try to request another room facing the parking area.

It was a decent facility that it can be improved with few details.

The room we had was too hot, didn’t have windows to look outside, didn’t have air conditioning or at least a fan the first night, which it was given to us after our complain next morning.

breakfast was ok, but not great, hot chocolate was very bland, almost no taste. rooms were fine, very new, and clean. overall the hotel look quite nice

no rubbish bin inside the room. Very noisy room, probably due to high ceilings we could hear all the little noises from other rooms. the doors where quite noisy to close down.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. My mum was delighted with everything, especially the proximity to the town, which made it easy for us to explore.
