One of the receptionists and the operations manager have made our stay pleasant after all, as they were the only ones who were able to solve all issues, with no restraint. Two very professional and skillful members of the staff, especially the receptionist. Excellent choice of foods within the hotel restaurant. Hallways are designed to be as private and as secluded as possible, with multiple entrances and exists. Overall, it is obvious that the entire building was designed to serve as a discreet and secluded stay.

Our stay at Hotel Olea was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel is fairly new and well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable atmosphere. It is conveniently located close to the city center, which allowed us to walk and explore the area. The highlight of our stay was the indoor and outdoor pool area, as well as the spa. The new deck chairs with a little canopy over head were a nice touch, adding to the overall relaxation experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the delicious omelette. The hotel exceeded our expectations from the previous year, with even more friendly staff and a better overall feeling. They even allowed us to extend our check-out time without any issues, which was greatly appreciated.

One minor downside was the loud live music in the hotel lobby that could be heard in the room. However, it stopped by 10 pm so it didn't affect our ability to get a good night's sleep. Our room was also located next to a construction site, resulting from loud noise (luckily we didn't spend much time in the room during the day). Another downside we experienced was that there were some loud and disruptive individuals in the normally quiet spa area. Despite the disturbance, the lady at the spa reception did not take any action to calm the situation or enforce the spa's quiet policy. Also, they don't provide an extra sheet for use in the sauna like they normally do in spa's, you can buy an extra towel for 7 EUR.

We chose Hotel Olea for a weekend getaway on the Pag island. Hotel Olea’s location and facilities were perfect for this. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the architecture and interior design of the hotel. The ample windows throughout the property provided us with amazing views over Novalja, the surrounding area and the Velebit mountain range. We were especially looking forward to using the spa, and we were not disappointed. The Finnish sauna was on point and the relaxation area next to it was very cosy and inviting. The hotel is pet-friendly and the staff made sure our dog felt welcomed and comfortable. We had freedom to take her almost anywhere within the property (pools and spa areas obviously excluded). The breakfast in the hotel was excellent. 👌🏼 On top of this, we also had a couple of late lunches/early dinners in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was great! 😊 Finally, the staff was extremely friendly and we felt they could accommodate any of our requests.

It’s difficult to find negative aspects of our stay at Hotel Olea. I guess that, depending on your budget, the restaurant can be a bit pricey. And, even though for us the location was excellent (we were looking for a calm area, where we could feel like we were “away from everything”), I guess other guests can find it a bit isolated. It’s only a 15-minutes walk to the Novalja Beach, though. For me, the only truly disappointing aspect of the stay was the coffee you could get from the machine during breakfast. 😅 But even this was later compensated by the very good latte macchiato I got at the hotel’s bar 👍🏼

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, great dinner, very comfy bed and linen, lovely indoor pool

There was some smell in the bathroom, majority of staff (except 1 lady at reception) is not welcoming and not aware to greet guests but would only respond to greeting, no smile on staff faces - this affects the overall feeling Personally, I did not like the surrounding area, so would not spend holiday there, however I would recommend it as a very good option if you want to see Pag island

Great stuff is always worth of place No1! 👌 🙂 Really nice pool area with jacuzzi and sauna. Delicious breakfast choice. Room service with good options. We got towels for the bathroom and additional ones for the pool. Additional touch of service can describe the situation when we easily arranged birthday surprise for our kid during breakfast. Respect for service!

We booked room 2 + 2, but an additional bed was smaller than expected. That was a little bit inconvenient. I missed some more hangers for drying clothes and swimsuits, since you need this when coming from the pool.

We were really satisfied from the first till the very last day. The receptionist (a woman) was professional, kind and full of information(she was also really pretty). The service in the room was made everyday thoroughly and fast and the staff were also very nice, polite and provided us with everything we needed or asked for. The room was just the right size, as was the balcony where you could enjoy the view. It also had a spacious wardrobe and a TV. We had breakfast and dinner. In the time of breakfast there were lots of different options so no one should leave the restaurant hungry. Dinner was organised in a way that u could choose between 3 menus (meat, fish and vegan) and the food was exceptional and brought to your table. Waiters were professional, kind and complaisant. There were two of them that we especially liked - the Croatian ginger one and the guy of Indian race with glasses. Spa lady was very nice and showed us around. There were 2 saunas which we really enjoyed (if we don't count a few naked men shamelessly showing their belongings). Citycenter was 10-min walk from the hotel. All in all this 7-day vacation in Hotel Olea was a great choice and i would recommend a visit 10/10.

The temperature of outer pool was a little bit too low and the safe in the room was broken or maybe we didn't know how to work it properly :P

Both the exterior and interior make good impression, it's modern, stylish and cozy. The room was clean and had everything that may be needed. The breakfast was very good, wide variety and all fresh.

The location could've been better. On the one hand, it's close to the road, easily accessed by car, but on the other hand you must walk a while to reach the embankment and there's not always a sidewalk.

New, modern hotel, with spacious rooms, noise proof walls. The breakfast buffet was excetptional, as well as the staff at the food&bev dep. They remembered that my brother had gluten allergy . . Everything was perfect. We stayed at a pretty off season period, though the hotel was full. Novalja is small but a beauty, walking distance everything. The whole island was a chill and relaxing destination at Easter.

The staff was very nice, attentive. Rooms were cleaned daily. There was plenty of options for breakfast. There is an option for renting bikes (normal and electric). You are very close to Novalja old town.

How cold was the water in indoor and outdoor pool.

A lot of choices for breakfast buffet. We got a free upgrade of room. They even provided me with a 3XL bathrobe which is a rare pleasure. Everything is clean and personnel is very friendly.

Some small children created a big mess in wellness area (although this is more in responsibility of their parents and not a fault of hotel personnel).
