We have stayed in this wonderful hotel for 3 days in mid of August. Beautifully mantained gardens and all facilities. Rooms contemporary and elegant, HK services superb. But the best part is amazing smiling staff in all areas. Special thanks to Grande Mare at reception and Ema. Also Petar top man and Marjan are super stars at concierge. All the team in restaurant service and chefs are great and fun to chat with. Shout out for Dora. Bar has a nice selection of gin and monsieur David is there to help you :) Mr. Dumic very well done for running such an amazing hotel!! thank you All and hopefully see you soon

Exceptional hospitality from the staff. Amazing breakfast and solid dinner with variety of choice. The pool, spa, and gym were functional. Beaches are connected with free transportation and had Valamar facilities so they all felt like home. We had the best massage at the spa center.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable one.

Room was very clean and comfort. It was weak preasure for hot wather but we had two barhrooms as we stay in family room and second one was good.

I didn’t like that beach is a bit fare although you can use taxi boat or shuttle provided by hotel free of charge.

Perfect location, extremely nice, pleasant, kind and helpful staff. The boat to the beaches, also with a very friendly skipper, was a huge plus. We also used the tennis court. Everything was amazing, and as it was end of June, not yet crowded.

We spend 5 nights in this hotel by the end of august with our dog and we loved that. It has definitely exceeded our expectations. It is even hard to say what was better - spacious room with the large bed with good mattress and so soft pillows, bowl and toy for our dog :-) The breakfast was excellent - great offer of cold and warm meals, local cheeses or hams, olives, so much of fresh fruits (fruits salads as well as various berries etc), there was selection of about twelve milks - I think that speaks for itself. I really think it was one of the best breakfast offers we have ever seen. In the price there was also included afternoon drink (coffee, prosecco and small snacks) which was very nice. We have not used the hotel shuttle (car or boat) to the beach as we went to dog's beach, but it was also included as a service, which is surely useful. We also recommend the hotel's a 'la card restaurant, we dined there twice and both times it was an experience. Have a tartar biftek, if you need an advice. Also the location is great - just couple of minutes of walk from old town and if you have a dog (or you are a walker) there is a lovely park just next to the hotel as well.

I liked the room, very big and comfy, the bed was very comfortable to sleep in, i liked the pool area, the restaurant, breakfast and lunch. The staff was very nice and polite especially Ema from the reception.

The balcony was way too small to accomodate two people in the same time, maybe if the terrace furniture was a little smaller (the table in particular) and the guys from the pool bar staff were a little dismissive of my needs and they gave something else to drink instead of what i specifically ordered and they were a little too fake smiley, but overall was ok.

This is the best managed holiday hotel that i have ever visited. The breakfast with brunch as they change constantly their food offer, the aperitivo at the bar around 5 pm, well prepared tennis courts, fitness studio, friendly staff…i could write a whole PhD on it :) Take the boat taxi that is offered by the hotel…captain Marin is the soul of this Island and a great value add to the hotel. At the bar Jovica is the master in mixing the drinks with a great smile on his face. The hotel let us stay at the pool after check out, which is a great sign of hosting. All in all, we had a lot of fun staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anybody who wants to explore Rab

Outstanding breakfast!!!! 7-13 available including lunch. Big big variety and very high quality. Best ever had! Location directly at the city centre and the park was very nice.

They did not answer to my questions upfront how to get there. So journey was challenging. Online check in ment that I did not receive any info and the app was not helpful. It was (möchte gerne) „Schickimicki“ (Instagram poser) we did not like for the vacation. More relaxed visitors would be great.

Amazing hotel, good facilities, excellent food (extremely richt buffet). Great location. Professional and friendly staff.

The amenities and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Marko, especially was of tremendous assistance in helping organize a taxi to take us to the ferry port in Prinz. He also made sure we had lunch boxes to go when we left.
