The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, even if you're staying for multiple days—you'll always find something new to try. Since I'm quite selective about what I eat, I have to give them credit for offering something for everyone. The location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of the old town, with excellent parking and just a few minutes walk from the city St Ivan beach. One thing I particularly appreciate is when the actual room exceeds the photos. In this case, the room was even better than expected, especially with the amazing view. The fact that people stop to take pictures in front of the hotel says a lot about its appearance. I've stayed in many high-end hotels, and the personalized touch really sets this one apart. You truly feel that the staff is dedicated to making your stay special. If my travels ever take me back to Rab, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

We stayed at Arbiana Heritage Hotel for 2 nights (14–16 July) during a last-minute work trip to Rab for a photo shoot — and brought the whole family, including our dog. It turned out to be an absolute gem! ✅ What we loved: Location: Perfect! Right in the heart of the old town, yet quiet. The sea is just steps away, and the sunset views from the terrace were magical. Room: Elegant, spotless, and beautifully furnished. We felt like royalty. Breakfast: One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had — fresh, local ingredients and a lovely setting. Service: Warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They accommodated our sudden work plans and even made our dog feel like a guest. We weren’t planning a family getaway, but Arbiana turned it into an unexpected mini-vacation. Highly recommend — not just for work travelers, but for anyone looking to relax in style on Rab.

Great central location with a nice sea view room and lovely balcony to relax and enjoy your drink in the evening. A bit old fashioned style rooms but comfy as they are heritage hotel. Breakfast had plenty of options and you can have it in your room / balcony too which we did and loved it looking out at sea.

As some people mentioned here in reviews, air con is a bit laud and the pool gets early shade so not really much to it in afternoon. I found receptionist awkward and not welcoming with a bit of attitude . The rest of the staff were great and helpful.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. After midnight is quiet, so nice to have balcony doors open, if you don't like air condition. Keep in mind though that if on the first floor, "sea view" will be most probably big boats parked in front, that looks directly into the room. From the 5 nights we had only one day free view, not a big issue, but good to know in case you expect this. Hotel met my expectations.

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive and always smiling. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Breakfast was also excellent, upon our arrival, the breakfast staff immediately asked what type of coffee we would prefer. We also had the opportunity to try the hotel restaurant for dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed; the food was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner were served in the garden, which created a very charming and pleasant atmosphere

This is our second time in the hotel and the island too. We got a free upgrade of the room which is very much appreciated. Hotel is beautiful, perfectly located, spotless clean, with great breakfast, very professional and accommodating staff, and very nice atmosphere overall. We hope to come back again next year. This has become our favorite travel and vacation destination.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in Old Town Rab. Spacious and comfortable rooms (which may need a refresh in the coming years but for now still comfortable) and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The restaurant also serves dinner (à la carte) which was excellent and in a very nice setting. There is also a wine bar. Overall, would stay here again.

There is a (modest) pool, but which lacks a bit of service. No staff seems be to responsible for the pool. There are no towels or drinks etc so you need to get those yourself from reception.

A stunning location with a great view from the room over the end of the harbour and the Velebit mountains. Very friendly and professional personnel. Great breakfast in a beautiful park setting.

The interior fittings are a bit tired - e.g. the bathroom shower window doesn't keep water off the floor. The sofa bed is uncomfortable / cheap design. The restaurant in the historic park would be more pleasant if there wasn't cheesy piped music everywhere.

We love everything about our stay at Arbiana hotel. The staff, especially from restaurant at breakfast , is so kind and helpful. The quality of the breakfast itself was excellent. Loved our room and the view ... so beautiful. We arrived on Rab island from Zadar airport and we have a private transfer arranged by the lovely people from Arbiana hotel. It was 160 Euros and on way from airport we saw the most beautiful sunset : the entire sky was red almost 2 hours after sunset, incredibly beautiful. The location of Arbiana hotel is great, exactly in the charming old town of Rab. Also was perfectly located for our transfer by ferry to Novalja, on Pag island. The ferry for Novalja is just few meters from Arbiana hotel.

It was a nice surprise that Breakfast was included and was more than sweet rolls and coffee. There was a large selection of breads, cheeses, fruit, pastries, meats, drinks, yogurt, and eggs. We requested omelets as well as teas and European style coffees or cappuccinos. It was all included and the service was excellent, friendly, and very attentive. Our rooms were average size, not particularly spacious but included balconies with places to sit and enjoy the harbor and ocean views. The bathrooms were above average in size and were easy to maneuver around. Although we did not use the pool, it was beautiful and other clients did make use of the pool area that overlooks the parking lot below and adjacent park to the hotel. My wife chose this boutique hotel for its location central to Rab's old town harbor, park, and city views. It accommodated our group of 8 with three comfortable rooms, two which were on the same floor and another on the floor above. It is central to wonderful cuisine and shops with winding old Croatian walkways with plenty of amazing restaurants, gelato shops, and many other kinds of shopping. It was central for us to take day trips around the island. It was a treat to stay at the Arbiana Heritage.

Our only real complaint was the parking at the hotel is limited to just regular cars. We drove an 8 person van which would not fit through the old stone arch to the parking area. Hotel parking is E 30 per day where the parking on the adjacent street which we paid only for the time we parked was about E 59 for 16 hours or E 72 per 24 hour period depending on the amount of time you purchased for parking. Zone 2 parking was E 35 per day but was nearly 1 mile away. Since it was raining periodically, we chose to just pay the additional for parking.
