Nice staff, good location, cleanliness is reasonably ok, all services are ok. Nice bars near the pool. Center of the city is fantastic, very Italian style.

Rooms very very small, basically not enough space to keep open 2 bug suitcases, but at least some balcony, which was saving us. Hotel is crowded which can be good, as we stayed with kids, but can be annoying if it is a stay of a couple. No private beach, only public beach, so at any point of time, even if you paid for expensive bungalow on the beach you can be surrounded by other people

Our Highlights were definitely the great and friendly staff , the mini club and the food.

Big issue was very loud music till midnight on the beach bar which you can hear in the room as if they would play on your balcony. Another disappointment was that you have to pay extra for any beverages during the dinner buffet including water ! Those were things we weren't aware of at the time of hotel booking.

Location and facilities were very good , Novagrad is a lovely town . Meals were very good with a good selection at both breakfast and dinner. Pool area was clean and not crowded. Waiting staff in the restaurant areas were very good and helpful. Entertainment in the bar every night was very good and appreciated.

Felt the room was on the small size but not a major issue, also felt the air conditioning wasn’t working properly but reception staff felt there wasn’t an issue. I thought there was an issue as the corridor outside the room was much cooler than the room. The room settings didn’t seem to affect the operation.

The location of the hotel and its standard are very positive. Kids club very big and very attractive. The pool inside the hotel as well as outside is fine. Food super. The room also has all the necessary amenities

Breakfast should in our opinion be until 11:00 or at least until 10:30. People from outside the hotel who occupy sunbeds and umbrellas (with a large number of guests in the hotel) should not be allowed on the beach of the hotel. Parking lots should be marked with parking numbers and a parking space should be assigned to the car for the entire stay. With a large number of guests, there were no parking spaces, which resulted in cars parking on lawns / under trees. When cleaning the rooms there was no exact tea/coffee during the stay. With the option of HB board for dinner, all drinks were paid, which with a large amount of stay for us, water should not be counted additionally.

This was our return visit to this hotel - and once again, we were pleasantly surprised by another improvement! The newly added kids' playroom is absolutely fantastic - our children loved it. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. We stayed in May, and the warm water in the indoor pool was a very positive surprise - perfect for relaxing even on cooler days. We highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect.

Big hotel with really professional and friendly staff (speaking English well & even German), huge delicious breakfast and evening buffet, plenty of possible activities, and overall great location. Fantastic as a family with kids. We really appreciated the children’s indoor play area, the indoor and outdoor pool, minigolf, and the small tourist train to Novigrad center. Our son did not want to leave. :-)

The size of the room (and bathroom) was a bit challenging for us; this was too small for 2 grownups and a kid. Also the airconditioning was not very powerful and never got the room temperature below 24 degrees Celsius. During the night it would have been nice to open the windows, but we didn’t dare as there were no insect panes. If you have food allergies or intolerances, be careful at the buffet - for every meal, allergens are listed, but I noticed that several times these were not correct/complete. The staff was incredibly kind though and always answered my extra questions; they even prepared a custom portion of gluten-free pasta upon request. Also there was enough to choose from so that I could always find something to eat.

Nice location with private beach and many opportunities to do some sport. The gym is excellent and very well equipped. The breakfast is rich. A lot of private parking space available.

We didn't book the smallest room, but the one we were in was not the biggest either. We could hear the noise of the neighbours through the power socket. The staff was friendly but definitely need to be more professional. Check in was very slow and when we had problems with the air conditioning in the night only one person with poor English was at the reception who couldn't help us. Night room service should be available for those who arrive late.

🥰💖We booked quickly and arrived at this hotel for the first time, and it was a wonderful discovery: beautiful hotel, immersed in a fabulous natural environment, facing the sea, with a wonderful swimming pool and charming lounge bar from which to admire enchanting sunrises and sunsets . Upon arrival there is a welcoming reception with truly friendly, knowledgeable, multilingual staff willing to provide information. In all the rooms of the hotel there is an enveloping and sweet fragrance, which makes the holiday atmosphere even more beautiful. The Spa is dreamlike, with various saunas. The Finnish sauna has a breathtaking view: 100% highly recommended🤩😉🥳. Dinner is incredibly plentiful and varied, with excellent chefs and very attentive and thoughtful dining room staff. The breakfast is gorgeous. Our cocker spaniel 🐶was also with us; the hotel is Pet friendly, with a much appreciated Welcome Dog: 1 soft and scented dog bed, 1 blanket, 1 toy, 1 tasty dog biscuit. On the day of departure, the hotel gave us a late check out, which we appreciated very much because our stay was for a special occasion. 💖Thank you all💖 for contributing to our dream stay. Extensive property that encompasses almost everything for a family

Room sizes are very small and balcony was too small to enjoy. An error was made at the booking on my end but I was charged over €500 for a 7 year old to stay 6 nights. That was very extreme. If I was upgraded to a family room I would accepted the error with more grace.

We are a regular guests here in Aminess and we really love it. The place is great, out of the city but reachable in a few minutes by walk. On the beach directly. Very clean with a great stuff. Only what was quite funny - bottles with shower gel in the bathroom were not screwed but only taped so it always fell down :) I would assume that this kind of great hotel would deserve better BUT in overall we definitely come back
