The best possible location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff. Incredible generous Slavic breakfast: lots of vegetables, pickles, fruits, berries, and Easter eggs. For such a breakfast I am ready to forgive a lot 🤤

Room is a little worn out (renovation is taking place, but it seems only from the outside), there was no shampoo, bed was too soft; very few sockets in convenient places, stains on the carpet. Very specific: since the main cathedral is nearby on Easter Sunday they ring the bells quite loudly starting at 6 am, it was very good to hear in the room...

We had a very friendly welcome from our host who was incredibly helpful, even though we'd arrived early she found us a room and gave us some great advice on places to visit and eat. We needed to leave for a very early train the next morning and they were so concerned that we were going to miss out they made us a very generous take-away breakfast. Thank you so much. The hotel is well located on the main square and has a touch of faded elegance which adds to its charm; everything works and there was plenty of hot water which is all we need.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than generous for the price we paid with lots of variety not found even in more expensive hotels. The location is perfect to explore Osijek on foot and they even have free gated parking. Unfortunately the building is being renovated so due to scaffolding I was unable to open my window and it got a bit stuffy.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is exactly in the downtown area, and it offers sufficient parking places in a closed parking lot. The breakfast was diverse and also included local food, and a variety of tasty products, plus fresh fruits. The staff was polite and friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the whole hotel has a great, nostalgic feeling, quite appropriate for Osijek :)

The hotel has a relatively old, but working infrastructure, there is no elevator, the windows are hard to close. It would be beneficial to send the clients in advance some info on how they can access the parking, so there would be no need for finding a parking place in the center while getting information from the reception. The wireless in not really reliable and it could be faster.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was welcoming and provided great information on things to do and great restaurants in the area. The location is perfect, right on the main square (which is really more of a triangle). The parking was terrific in a private gated lot behind the hotel. This is a classic old grand hotel that has a lot of character. It was well maintained and very comfortable. We had a great stay and are happy to recommend the Hotel Central as a great choice in Osijek.

This is a wonderful old-school hotel right on the main square. It’s definitely showing it’s age in many ways, but I felt this contributed to its charm. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and huge, and the breakfast was first rate. Add that all to it being in an ideal location and very reasonably priced makes this a great place to stay!

Location is the top location in Osijek center with the view on a main square. Breakfast was always fresh and ready, with all types of food for all preferences. Staff of the hotel was the kindest and very professional,always smiling and ready to help you.Free big parking just around the hotel always had a space to place a car or van.

There is really nothing that I didnt like about this hotel.

Very nice old style Hotel with a flair of K&K (Kaiser & König) Times. Interior somewhat between outdated and historical. Everybody very nice. Clean and in a good shape. Rooms to the front give a nice view and impression of the small towns life. Whole town is quite relaxing, good restaurants and lots of old buildings.

The location for Osijek, perfect. Right on there main square. Private parking, a safe, secure hotel. The morning staff member, I think she might be the owner, Sandra, was beyond authentic fro her love of Croatia and making sure the guest, meal was taken care of. Breakfast, she brought out a few fruits, and honey to try. Pushed double espressos, never a bad thing. She cared. Even mapping out a small local trip I could take. The price was ridiculously good value.

The hotel is understandably a bit dated, I feel that needs to be mentioned, but the rooms do have some new features, the bed being one.
