The location is beachfront. Parking available. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We were there in August. At night it was difficult to sleep because our room was not see facing and it was very hot, the rooms are without air-conditioning. No microwave and fridge in the room. There is a common refrigerator for guests, manageable, but almost full. Hotel kitchen is there, but you always hesitate to ask every morning someone to use it atleast for boiling milk. The staff is cooperative but anyhow you feel yourself in an uncomfortable zone. Would recommend the owner of the hotel to look towards these minuses and convert them to pluses.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff is diligent and friendly, especially the cook Biljana. Her omelettes are excellent. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the immediate nearby of the sea/beach and the city center. It's a great convenience. It also has its own parking.

I hope that the management will work on making the internet and TV really work. And just an idea, it would be good if you could buy at least juice and coffee in the hotel during the day, at least from the vending machine.

Perfect location at one end of restaurant row. Within 100m of several swimming areas including one with a bar/cafe. Fantastic sea view. Good value breakfast for an extra €10 per person. Free parking on the property.

Aging shutters on the window need some maintenance. Public parking next to the property was noisy in the morning.

Tesla Supercharger and the beach is literally 1 min walk from the hotel and that is all I needed. Daniela & Daniela are such lovely hostesses, that I decided to stay 3 nights in the end

This is a 2* hotel and therefore should be treated as such. After countless 4-5* hotel stays I specifically chose this low budget option to remind myself to appreciate how far I have come in life. That said, AC was loud and died on me on my third day. Breakfast is being served with love but the lack of vegetables annoyed me. Still, if your goal is to just be on the beach all day and chill, this is a reasonable getaway deal

GREAT location, you can not be more in center and closer to the sea ♥️ All was clean, nice bed and bedding, private bathroom. Staff was kind. View as in photos - Senj coast! Price for this was good, one of the cheapest in town.

Need to wait long for hot water. For me the TV didn't work, and there was no info about WiFi. As per reviews, the place is not new, but for a budget stay it is great! 👍

10/10 would recommend. Hotel Art hit everything I needed - pets allowed, easy parking, one level with no stairs, a great sea view, and two friendly women at the reception desk. Will return.

On our way to south Croatia we stayed in this hotel. On our way back north we stayed another night in this hotel. The fact we returned already tells you a lot. It is a small, very clean hotel. It is simple, but the location overlooking the harbor, the fact it's very clean, with a great breakfast, and not at least the very friendly and kind staff makes it a very pleasant stay. The very nice lady, Danijela really makes you feel at home. We certainly will come back when we need to stay near Senj.

The view is amazing! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked as it should.

The hotel is on the older side, and it is a little worn and dated.

The staff at Hotel art made the stay a pleasure. Accomodating all requests. Location great and view from room hard to beat. Breakfast nice. Hotel better than appeared in pictures. Not a 5 star hotel but a good honest accomodation option in the heart of senj

The Pillow from the Bed ist mutch to big. I only could sleep without.
