Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a balcony offering a wonderful view of Vrsar old town and marina. Part of a much larger resort centered on the Pineta hotel further uphill, with access to various resort amenities. Indoor swimming pool (of modest size) at the Pineta was a useful option on a rainy afternoon. Ample parking space when we visited, making it ideal for exploring the vicinity by car - picturesque historic towns like Poreč, Novigrad, Motovun and Grožnjan all within 15-40 min drive. Many boats offering excursions to Rovinj or dolphin-seeing trips. Restaurants, bakeries, small stores literally under the window or nearby, large supermarkets about 2 km away. If you are coming for a summer holiday, the naturally rocky coast of the resort and the wooded peninsula on the opposite side of the marina has essentially been turned into a paved beach with pool ladders and other access points to the sea.

Wasn't much of an issue for us, but I imagine it could be noisy (and, ehm, aromatic) when the summer crowds arrive because of the bars, restaurants and promenade under the windows. Also, indoor pool and dressing room cleanliness was about 8.5-9, not a 10.

Most of all we enjoyed the location of the apartment. Starting our mornings with the view over the marina and the old town of Vrsar was so relaxing. Our 4-year-old liked to watch the happening at the lively Riva below from the kitchen window. Everything we needed was close: the beaches, outdoor swimming pool at the Belvedere hotel that was included in our package, restaurants, bakery, small grocery shops and animation area for children. We could walk to the old town of Vrsar with some charming restaurants and small local shops. As for the apartment itself, we basically had everything we needed. It was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was functional. There was also a parking place in the shade, that was much appriciated. Overall, as a family with a small child, we were satisfied with our stay.

The floor was not that clean, which bothered us a bit as our child played on the floor. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

It's great right away, but it was written on the booking that it's 8.9 km from Rovinj! in fact, it is 35 km away by asphalt/road, and 8.9 km by air. so if you drive a plane or fly to Rovinj, you can reach Rovinj in 8.9 km

Great location with an awesome view of the marina. Comfortable apartment with plenty of space.

The dises were not cleaned and there were no cleaning supplies available. Some furniture feels outdated and the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

Friendly and helpful reception & restaurant staff. Our room was located just above restaurants at the marina. The view was great.

Electrical outlets are very limited in the apartman and none existing in the bathroom.

Location was great, close to many restaurants and easy walk to town. Fun seeing the boats come and go as well as seeing fishing boats unload their catch. Room was very spacious and clean. Sufficiently stocked kitchen.

Was not clear location of check in and where parking was when we first arrived. Parking was behind (side away from the sea), not in front (side facing the sea). Many of the "hot" items at the buffet breakfast were cold. Suggest getting a fresh made omelet if you want hot eggs. Swimming pools are not heated.

Location is great, view on old city center, a lot of walking and bike path, appropriate for (little) kids, big appartment, pool in hotel (part of pool is for small children), 3 or 4 children playground in near. Really great!!!

We were on the top floor with 36 stairs to climb which may be an issue for those with a mobility issue

View of the sea from apartement. Location is great. Everything is so close. Beachs are in walking distance, 5-10 minutes.
